It was a nice facility, pretty new and well kept. Laundry had 4 washers and dryers. which was quite nice. They only charge a max of $20 per week for pets. This was better than competing hotels in town and a major concern for me since I was volunteering at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and was taking home a cat most nights.

There was a problem with the reservation.. I had to argue over the price of my last day there. They claimed that I didn't book my last day, but when they finally pulled up the booking .com reservation it showed that it was booked. (They were trying to make me pay full price after a 14 night stay. Pretty annoying.) After I got home and looked at the bill I think they over charged me on a per night basis as compared to the booking.com price. I will still go back. I will just be more careful.

Good location and friendly staff

Key access to back entrance was broken and taped over and I had another guest open the door for me or I would have had to carry all my luggage in through the Lobby. To hold the door open while I was loading and unloading, I jammed a cup from the room on the lock. Other guests used a rock. I mentioned this when checking out.

Staff was friendly and there 24/7 for anything you need. Hot water, cold water, ice, tea and hot cocoa were accessible 24/7! They even printed something for me that I need to have last minute. Such a great convenience! Microwave and large mini-fridge in the room! The entire hotel was very clean and bright!

I would have loved to have a mug or some kind of microwavable cup/mug in room. I wasn't able to use the microwave because I didn't have a mug.

Good location, great breakfast, great dining area. We saw many taking advantage of the lobby tables even at night to play cards. We only used the pool for an hour, couldn’t use the hot tub because there was a large group of kids. Rooms were mostly clean upon arrival.

I only have a couple notes, one would be that we were not informed during checkout that we would have to request housekeeping. It wasn’t an issue, just a surprise that our rooms weren’t cleaned for a 2 night stay. One room’s ice bucket was not cleaned before arrival. There was water and a dead bug in it.

Beds were very comfortable, rooms spacious and convenient location for on the road. Not real close to restaurants if you want to be able to easily walk. The showers were very nice and the decor newer. Breakfast better than the average hotel and free breakfast is always nice.

Bathroom was not cleaned real thoroughly, long dark hair on one of the wash cloths (I’m blonde) and a tissue under the vanity. The apples and oranges at breakfast were way old both mornings- soft, wrinkled and in eatable but the rest of the breakfast was great. Just would have enjoyed fresh fruit.

Very modern and clean hotel with lots of parking available. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good and free coffee was available all day. Friendly staff made the stay very pleasant. The hotel is located close to Zion NP, but also Grand and Bryce Canyon are just about 1.5 hours away.

No complaints

We had to change our plans. They were very helpful and when we called them to get information so we could talk to the hotel in Page, Ariz. they were very helpful and everything went smoothly.

No sugar free syrup or drinks or hot chocolate. Now days gluten free has taken over everything and diabetics have a real difficult time getting the proteins and having sugar substitutes.

Thoughtful customer oriented design. Exceptionally clean. 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Stairwell doors don’t slam shut, thoughtful for those with rooms nearby. Modern bathroom with spotless clear tempered glass showers doors-no questionably moldy or bacterial germinating shower curtains. Clean white bedding, perfect mattress and pillows. Hot water for morning showers. Staff were courteous, friendly. My first stay at a Quinta and I’m impressed.

First location it’s in middle of Zion Bryce Canyon . Grand Canyon. Powell Lake Horseshoe Bend . Stuff amazing answer your question, Beds comfortable Breakfast was good. Staying with 2 teenagers they loved everything as we highly recommended 😘😘😘

Everything was perfect

Very Clean, room was very nice. Bathroom exceeded my expectation. It had a big walk in shower. The staff was very friendly and accomadating. Breakfast was very good.

The only thing I would say is it doesn't have a big enough breakfast room. Alot of people eating at the same time and not enough tables.
