The staff was absolutely helpful and welcoming. Our bags were late and the owner came in early just to take them in. We've also got a room update which was super lovely. They always made sure we'd be restocked on towels, shampoo, etc. The bed was suuuper comfortable. One of the most cozy ones we've ever slept in.

In general the cabin was pretty clean, but if you looked closely, they do not clean nooks close to the bed or under the sofa. Sometimes when sleeping in (until around 9-11), it was getting pretty loud outside. It's a bummer that the Cabins are all facing each other, I think the other way around would have made way more sense, facing the beautiful scenery that is the backdrop. The inside of the cabin is - as many facilities in America - not the most modern or new, but everything still worked so no complaints. The grilling area is not super inviting. You can definately grill there but it's not a place where you'd want to sit around a bonfire.

Overall, this was a great place and a great value. We were skeptical at the price but the cabins were very new, clean and comfortable. This is a perfect stop if you are on your way from the Grand Canyon South Rim or Page and heading to Zion. Right along the path and an easy walk into town. The cabin was also soundproof which was great.

The guy at the front desk did seem a little not happy about third party bookings and the great price I got at booking.com, lol. But, he was polite. Also, the cups for coffee were plastic and not meant to hold hot beverages...

Room and location was great. Room was very spacious but beds not very comfortable.

I called to see if our family members could be put in cabins near each other and the manager was very rude. The first sentence out of his mouth was, we don't do that and if you don't like it you can stay elsewhere. I was shocked at his response. When we got there to check in the employee at front desk was very nice but also said they couldn't try to put us near each other. We had 4 cabins of family there and all of us were on different ends of the property. Very inefficient and uncaring in my opinion.

This property was perfect for what we needed for 2 days exploring, fridge and coffee machine in room was a bonus, parking right outside the cabin . Just behind the cabins is a gas station with a 7 eleven for snacks and drinks also a Wendy’s for a quick breakfast we didn’t use the local eateries due to be out early and back late. Perfect area for horseshoe bend other national parks. Look outside at night the dark sky is perfect for star watching!

Pillows on the small size (small squares) but that just personal issue

We actually stayed here before. We knew the next time we were in the area we would stay here again. This last time we asked for a cabin way in the back so we didn't have the cars coming in going by our unit. The beds were comfortable and the staff made sure it was clean. I also must note that I left my wallet on the nightstand with all my vacation money in it. We left for the entire day. I don't know if anyone is like me, but I thought for sure some money would be missing when I came back. Nope, all was there, beds were made, clean towels in the bathroom. So quiet at night and we grabbed chairs and sat outside to look at the stars. The proximity to all the hiking trails and things to do is absolutely perfect!!!

There is a flood light in the parking lot that is so bright you would think it is daylight 24/7. Not a huge deal while you slept because of the heavy curtains; but if you sit outside at night, that will be something to note. We were there for 6 days and it would have been nice to have a dresser to put my clothes in instead of pawing through my suitcase every day.

My family had a wonderful stay at Red Canyon Cabins. We booked the 3 bed cabin, which was roomy and comfortable. The heater kept the cabin cosy when we had an unexpected snow storm! The kids enjoyed playing in the snow around our cabin, and the manager was kind enough to loan us an ice scraper to clear our car off. The WiFi was strong, and our cabin had its own water heater so we were able to use the shower without worrying about using too much hot water.

The bedding was thin, only a light cover and a decorative throw, but the heater kept the room warm enough. A few more plugs near the beds would be nice, the lamps had one plug each, and there were plugs on the opposing walls, but not enough for all the devices we needed to charge at bedside. Not a big deal.

The cabin was updated, clean and the view was great. When checking in the attendant upgraded us from a room with two queens to three queens which mean our kids didn't have to share a bed for once. Microwave and fridge were good. AC wasn't one of those cheap unit where you turn and dial and hope you get a reasonable temperature.

Only issue was that the bathroom, while nice, had a weird configuration. The shower area was very large and had seating if you needed it, but shower head was on the long wall point towards the shower curtain and the stall didn't have a lip so the curtain had a hard time keeping the water in the shower stall. Not really an issue, but seemed like an odd design.

Separate cabins means no shared walls to hear noise from others. Had a very quiet night. The ceiling fans on the vaulted wood ceiling made for a nice quiet air movement without having to run the AC unit. Room was clean and comfortable. The small deck made a nice place to sit and have a drink to unwind in the evening.

The only complaint we had was a maintenance issue with the vinyl coating on the synthetic wood flooring had been damaged near the door and was peeled up and torn. Learned not to go barefoot in that room after scratching a foot on it.

The location was perfect - the cabins are a perfect alternative to a regular hotel, especially if you are traveling with a dog. Our dog sometimes barks at hotel hallway noises but slept like a baby in the private cabin. The beds were very comfortable. The TV was large, wall mounted -- I was able to hook up my FireStick and/or watch the provided channels.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner but otherwise everything was very comfortable and exceeded expectations. The towels are a little rough.
