Unexpected balcony with very affordable room. Lovely views. Comfortable room. Funky, odd, kind of building layout. Extra large fridge. Very affordable. Good value, charm for the budget price.

Shower didn't work (or I could not operate it.) Only 1 roll of toilet tissue in the room. Security lock on door broken. Outlet on bedside light so close to light base charger adapter would not fit. No 'Do Not Disturb' sign in room to hang on door. Carpets, furniture little run down.

I don't recall if there was very limited breakfast or no breakfast. I went elsewhere for breakfast. The location was a bit tricky but that was okay because it was a very quiet area in walking distance to restaurants and a few shops. It was clean and the beds and linens were nice.

We called the front desk because the toilet wouldn't flush when we got there. They brought us a plunger but we had to do the plunging ourselves.

the room was great but they need to lower the beds they are to high for some one using a wheelchair and are not safe for someone like that fall risk

you need to tell them to get and keep the pool lifts working at all times and not to have the staff lie to guests about them if they arent working we were told at check in they were working and after getting in the pool were told that they were not able to work so we had a hard time getting my wife out of the pool very unsafe for her also again lower the beds in the wheelchair rooms and maybe other rooms

The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed comfortable.

The hotel needs updating; there was a funky smell in the hallway and some nights there was a beeping noise coming from the ice maker outside my room. Luckily I travel with a sound machine, otherwise the beeping would have kept me awake.

Front desk staff were gracious, room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping was lovely to allow us a late checkout. King bed was comfy, with plenty of pillows, and a powerful AC unit to cool down the room. The location is fantastic, with lots of restaurants and services nearby, and Ubers/taxis readily available.

First room we were in had a leaking faucet, but we asked to change rooms and were easily accommodated. Also would have liked an extra blanket on the bed, as we couldn't see any in the closet; but otherwise, nothing wrong!

The front desk,the guy that was working, was extremely polite. I love the location. It was quiet and relaxing. After driving for many hours, it was nice to soak in the hot tub.

The washer and dryer ate a whole bunch of our change. It said 2.50 to wash it, and it took us 5.50, but matience was there quick, and they refunded us the 3 dollars.

I stopped in here because I wanted a night NOT in a tent on my 60-day camping road trip. It was almost stunned at the quality of the place flat-out compared to any of the dozens of places I have stayed in my nomadic life. When contrasted to the price, I can say Wyndham Provo is a Gem, a diamond in the rough.

Very good location with beautiful surroundings, only a few minutes from I-15 and near town area. Very pleasant reception. The room was clean and spacious with a fridge, coffee maker and a table and chair to eat or drink at. The TV shows a good selection of channels. The complimentary breakfast, given in a proper dining room near the lobby, is more than decent with waffles, eggs, bread, pastries and cereals.

Very clean and comfortable. Lots of space in our room with coffee machine and mini fridge. Hallways are nicely lit up and wide. Lots of parking spaces. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Cost was not in excess.

Everything is very old: furnishings, TV, decor, fixtures, artwork, etc. This gives a feeling of it not being clean, but dingy instead. With some modernizing and upgrading, it could be a great hotel again.

Update there before so they know that we will what we like so they had my extra pillow on the bed and they had coffee in my room and ready and extra towels they're just awesome there and they know we come in late because it's a long drive there I forget his name but the gentleman who works the front desk is awesome thank you for everything we'll be back in a few weeks

Please please please open the jacuzzi and the pool I would have been a thousand times better than it was
