Room was clean, they had a laundry bag and working TV unlike the Ramada in Boise.

We were missing one body towel, so one of us had to use the (bath mat) towel to dry off after showering. Also, for the room that we were in they need to put a power strip in the wall outlet behind the bed to allow for both bedside lights to be plugged in as well as the alarm clock. I would also suggest providing extension cords from that power strip to allow guests to plug in their cell phones on the bedside tables. Not a huge negative but in today's day and age it's nice to be able to plug in your phone at the bedside tables

The breakfast meat and egg options were only a sausage patty and scrambled eggs. Three days in a row was hard to endure as we were trying to avoid too many carbohydrates. The front desk clerk was not available at checkout time as he would be back momentarily. I waited a few minutes and then returned and found him not there with two families ahead of me in line. I couldn't wait so left with out the receipt I wanted.

The room was comfortable, the bed was also. The breakfast was more than what I had expected and flavorful. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

I did not find the pillows comfortable and the room was very cold due to the RC being on when I arrived. Although the weather was warm outside, the room was very chilly inside.

easy access off the interstate. clean well maintained property and the adjacent restaurant was excellent. super good value. since it was snowing and windy out is was wonderful to be able to get a good meal inside the hotel.

all good…except the scrambled “eggs” at the breakfast bar…totally inedible dry crumbled mystery food…how about some hard boiled eggs instead.

The difference between the days inn and the ramada is like night and day. I would never even if someone paid me stay one more night at the thieving days inn it seems that everyone i went to tried to steal my cash deposit and in the lehi location the cops helped them steal the money even though we told them what happened. The ramada is 1000% better than day's inn

We like everything about this hotel. . .usually. There was no breakfast the first morning because the breakfast lady called in sick (that happens -- on past stays the breakfast has been really good).

No breakfast the first morning and the room did not get made up the first day.

Room was clean and was painted recently. It smelled fine in the room. Bathroom clean and tiled. Always like desk with chair. It had new appliances. The hotel had nice grass areas to walk dogs with nice views of mountains. They did not charge extra for pet. Had salad from restaurant in site and it was tasty.

I didnt like that I couldn't order online take out to the restaurant. I had sit in the crazy busy restaurant waiting for take out food.

good location

It is a bit old and worn. had LOTS of trouble getting into outside doors as keys wouldn’t work and had keys had to be reprogrammed. Had to walk around outside doors many times trying all entrances on many occasions. Doors were jammed and also stuck at odd angles. my own door had been painted lots and stuck. only one of my cards would open it after MANY tries.

Everything was very nice. This is the second time we have stayed here and will be staying again when we come to Provo.

The breakfast was self service and started early (which was good) with granola, yoghurt and orange juice. Waffles and burgers were available. The bed and showers were good standard. We particularly liked the fact that it had a good restaurant attached to the hotel called Ruby River Steak House which served good quality food and drink.
