Best Western Plus Provo University Inn

This is a nice hotel, garden and fountain out back, location is perfect for Provo. Very nice amenities, WiFi excellent. Does NOT have the feeling of an economical hotel, feels much nicer than a 2 star hotel. Really nice stay!!!!

Not alot, it is just starting to show signs of wear, they will need to renovate in a few years but right now everything is just very well maintained

The breakfast was good. Always plenty of choices. The coffee in the lobby was great and always full. Love the staff. They were very kind and efficient. We never felt we were bothering them. From the Manager to cleaning people all we very helpful.

No microwave. We were terribly surprised that there was only one microwave for the entire facility. It was very small and very slow. One of our party needs coffee, lots and lots of coffee. The coffee maker in the room made extremely poor coffee. The coffee in the lobby was a great help. She finally device a work around to heat the coffee. She ran it through the coffee maker in the room. None of the staff seemed to know why there were no microwaves. My suggestion would be, if you don't want microwaves in every room put a microwave on each floor in the Ice Room. Or have a few hotel rooms equipped with microwaves on request. Also the refrigerator did not have a freezer part. We had ice packs for our day cooler and could not refreeze them.

This hotel is in an excellent location near conference centers, the university, and with magnificent views of the mountain range. We were able to enjoy fall colors in the parking lot as well as in the views. The actual facilities exceeded my expectations, pool, exercise area, lounge areas, outside patios, breakfast area, etc. The staff were very attentive and amiable.

The property desperately needed a deep clean on carpets and upholstery. When I addressed the subject with the staff, they apologized and said they were understaffed and working to pay attention to that. Hopefully, the upper management is informed and has the carpets and upholstery cleaned soon.

It seems we ended up being there on a bad weekend for the things we had gotten the room for. The cable was supposed to be changed out and so it was out of order. The swimming pool was also closed for maintenance. We were bringing my son to school and needed a place for Grandma to hang out during this time. She did fine but the conveniences we had hoped for weren't available.

loved the pool, and loved the breakfast, even though I think that there should be better bacon. lol

Everything was good but the price. I dont think that they shouldve over priced just because it was BYU Graduation. I wasnt staying there because of that. I had a family member in ICU at the hospital. The manager didnt care about why I was there. I was given one price when I reserved, when I showed up to pay, the manager changed my price and then told me I would be getting a $50 refund, that never showed up on my account. I am still waiting on that. Then, I stayed a second night and I was suppost to receive a $50 refund on that night too and, my son never got it either.

Spacious rooms, good quality sheets/supplies, 24 hr coffee/tea station, decent breakfast options, friendly staff. good facilities (laundry, pool).

We stayed for 4 nights and they never came to clean the room, granted I never requested it but normally someone comes to collect the trash or check if you need towels after the 2nd night. Also there were moths in the room. not entirely unexpected when they don’t clean for your entire stay…

Great location to BYU campus. Breakfast was great!

There really isn’t much to the gym. The only dumbbells were 2 sets of 5lbs, and a set of 25lbs and 45lbs. The gym area is super small. One morning there was 3 of us in there and we all had to adjust our exercises to accommodate each other. On another note, no zero sugar energy drinks.

I loved how clean and comfortable the rooms were. The location was great! We were able to walk to and from the football game. The breakfast was tasty. It was nice and quiet, couldn't here any noise coming from other travelers.

One of the beds was a bit lopsided, perhaps it has been jumped on previously. The other bed was perfectly comfortable. I didn't love that Netflix wasn't a part of the included TV packaging.

The breakfast was good & the location wad great for getting our son settled in his dorm at college

I don't understand why my room rate went from $107 Tuesday night to $167 Wednesday & Thursday night. I could understand if it was a Friday or Saturday night (weekend rates)... but to jump $60 a night during the week did not make any sense to me.

This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Our room was a good size, had a comfortable bed & was very quiet. All the staff, from the housekeeping, the breakfast staff to the ftont desk & manager were all very friendly & very helpful and to top it all off, it was one of the most reasonable hotels we've stayed in. If we're ever in the Provo area again, we'd stay here in a heartbeat.
