The employees were so nice easy checkin spoke clear English the breakfast was nice and the hot tub was so nice has like turbo jets

The floor in my room had dog hair all over it even after they came in and cleaned as if they might not have a vacuum that is strong enough the beds were very small wish there was a 2 queen option but all they had was 2 full the beds were very worn in bit the blankets were nice one of the rooms the heater didn't work the rooms didn't have a fridge or a microwave the price should be lower for this place but the best option for this area is quite scary alot of homeless and drug use in this area

First and foremost what I like is the hospitality. Staff and management is always making sure me and my family stay is as comfortable as possible to their abilities. They all do a great job, and believe this is the best place to stay in Midvale.

Whatever I do not like is not the management or property responsibility and out of their control. Not the best area in salt lake,but being on the private property of La Quinta Inn is safe and comfortable enough for rest and peace.

Staff was great,very friendly. 😊😊 Entire place was mostly clean.Towels nice. Saw staff working to fix stuff. Continental Breakfast! Most places don't have this anymore😪 Concierge carts!!! Heat/A/C worked great. Good shower pressure. Nice selection in vending machines and reasonable prices for the items.

One downside for me personally. I have a sensitive nose and felt the hallway carpet was not too clean smelling. Sheer curtains in our window were not clean. Had a small brown stain on one of the beds top cover. One of the pillows was like big,lumpy cottage cheese😠

This is a very nice and secure property. The entire staff from management, housekeeping and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. The lobby and hallways are kept really clean and if you need something repaired or replaced in your room it is done quickly & efficiently! Housekeeping keeps each room supplied with all the necessities. One of the best properties in this area!

there is a huge problem with homeless people sneaking into the hotel. The management and staff do the best they can to keep them out, but it’s really difficult! The temperatures here are very cold and as a guest we don’t know if they have a room here or are homeless just trying to get warm!

The staff was more than helpful and very accommodating. It's nice to have a cheerful face when checking in.

I would say the only issue I had was the shower was not hot. When traveling I like to be able to take a HOT shower and rinse away the stress of the day. But the water temp never got above lukewarm and it wasn't only in the morning I tried to take a shower at 1 AN and it was still cold. Also the noise of other people TV 's and conversations can be heard from the hallway

The staff was very friendly and it was a great hotel. They cleaned our room each day which some hotels don't do anymore, they only clean when you leave or request. We had fresh bedding and towels daily. For the most part it was very clean. The room was very spacious and very quiet, not a lot of noise coming from other rooms, even the room above us.

The bed was a bit hard, the room could have used a bit of an upgrade like the fridge, dresser and the vanity. The bathroom could use a bit of a refresher also. But all in all it really was a great stay.

There are the comfortable Wyndham beds, waffles at breakfast, good heater & A/C, & excellent staff. Our room was clean & well stocked. We really appreciated the handicapped access room too!

So, we’ve stayed at other La Quinta Inns & they had scrambled eggs & sausage at breakfast. We found no eggs nor sausage either morning of our stay except for one boiled egg. The waffles are still excellent but we missed the scrambled eggs & sausage that we expected. We stayed there in part because of the breakfast we expected. Still, we enjoyed the Belgian Waffles!

the street view is cute. the room ones are clean and the beds comfy.

The rest of the hotel isn’t as cute as the street view. lots of bums - looked like a drug deal going on next to our car by the door entrance. kind of worried walking back to hotel room from front office with bums walking by me. a man and his dog. I have dogs but this guy and his dog made me worry. I heard them talking all night even though the windows were closed. we didn’t get any rest.

Price was right, bed was comfy, and location was perfect.

The showerhead is made for short people. :) As I am 6 foot tall, there are a lot of older motels and hotels that are the same. I just wish they all were taller as there is plenty of room above where the showerhead could have been installed.
