Great location on the edge of town and not far from Mossy Cave, which is a fun family walk to a beautiful waterfall amid fantasy landscape. Also, super-handy for Bryce Canyon, which was probably our favourite park on a 1900km roadtrip. Was more like a farm-stay than a B&B and that's exactly what we hoped. Very friendly hosts who cooked a great breakfast, gave helpful advice on local attractions and showed our kids around the farm, including bottle-feeding the new calf.

Great 3-day stay, no complaints!

The nicest couple, Emily and Joe, are the owners. They made us feel like members of their family. The room was very cute and super clean. The breakfast each day was excellent! Kept us full for a long time. We loved Violet, the calf. She would come running up to you, wanting to be petted. So cute! The property is close to Bryce.

Exceptional service and friendliness provided by owners, Emily and Joe Hughes. Site was on family’s working farm, right off scenic route 12 drive in Tropic, between Capitol Reef and Bryce, 10 minutes out of Bryce. Breakfasts were exceptional, featuring farm fresh eggs, homemade raspberry jam for toast, pecan waffles, and hot coffee.

The breakfast was delicious, hearty, always had fresh fruit, and I felt completely satisfied and ready to go hike afterwards! The family was so friendly and made a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. My kids loved playing with their kids and seeing the farm animals. It was great to have space to let them play.

Great location in a small but cool town conveniently near Bryce National Park, Escalante State Park, Kodachrome Basin State Park, Anasazi State Park, among others. The property serves as a working farm with lots of cool animals and is also home to the owners’ family. The property is on the edge of town and is very quiet with a secluded feel.

Can’t think of anything bad to say.

Breakfasts were amazing fresh fruit pancakes bacon eggs copious amounts of coffee. Emily and Joe were so friendly and helpful couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. In addition they made some great recommendations for visits and where to eat.

What a great bed and breakfast! We really enjoyed Joe and Emily's hospitality and delicious breakfasts. Our bed was quite comfortable, and our privacy was respected. The farm animals and family life were an added bonus.

This was a great place to stay if you plan to get an early start to the park. If you are planning on sleeping in late, it may not be the place for you.

Emily and Joe were wonderful. It is a working farm so you encounter a variety of animals but in a fun way. Loved sitting on porch enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast were all delicious.

Breakfast was always very good and they tried to fulfill special requests such as smaller portions.

Our room had a front porch with chairs right under the window. Another guest made several phone calls from here which we didn't really want to listen to.

The Bullberry Inn is welcoming place. Great food to start the day. Helpful suggestions about the area. Convenient location to see some spectacularly beautiful country — close to Bryce, Escalante and more. You feel at home. Comfy and clean. I couldn't ask for more.
