Despite some dirt in the cabin/room, they deserve a 10 !!! I had a perfect stay, thank you! The cabin was perfect, despite some dirt.

The location was spot on and easy to get to (30 min from Bryce Canyon). I stayed in one of the motel rooms and the room was very clean and comfy. Shari was so welcoming and after finding out that I was leaving very early in the morning and wasn't able to take advantage of the complimentary coffee offered at the local coffee shop, she was so sweet and brought a single serve coffee maker for my use. At 7:30pm she lit a campfire and individually packaged S'Mores were available. The entire stay was so pleasant and comforting. I'd stay there anytime again in the future.

It was a very nice clean cabin outside of Bryce in a little town called Hatch. There was a a little restaurant right across the street and another little breakfast place down the street. We walked to the breakfast place and had a great breakfast sandwich and free coffee for mentioning that we were staying at the Mountain Ridge Cabins. The owner had a little bonfire pit with smores available in the evening. We had some pleasant conversations with some of the other people staying there. It was a very comfortable stay.

I really have no complaints. It was a comfortable stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic place to stay and an excellent value! I loved that my room was my own little cabin and then inside the door it felt like a very nice hotel room. Super clean, really comfy bed, great black-out shades, excellent warm shower, and very spacious (I had a cabin that was a king bed with attached bathroom). The fire pit at night was super cute and there is a lovely nearby coffee shop for breakfast. Beautiful surroundings and about 30 -40 min drive to Bryce. Highly recommend! I wish I could've stayed longer.

The beds were comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. We appreciated having a small fridge in the room. They had a campfire going when we showed up. Unfortunately we were too tired from a day of hiking to enjoy it 🥲 We were given a coupon for a free coffee at a cute place up the street. We got breakfast sandwiches there that were delicious & good sized!! I didn’t use the coffee coupon so they gave me a discount on my breakfast.

Our room was unlocked when we arrived and there weren’t any keys. We tried to contact someone about that but never got a reply. In the morning we went to the “front desk” but no one was there. Thankfully we just stayed there only one night & were able to lock the door from the inside & we didn’t leave the cabin. I would still stay here again when in the area.

Clean, comfortable, efficient heating / air conditioning. Great shower, comfortable bed. Nice decor in room, plenty of sockets. Plenty of towels and toiletries, decent size fridge. Loved the firepit, and free S’mores. we used this both of the nights we stayed. Food available over the road for eat in or take out. Garage next door for basics. Laundry over road reasonable price takes quarters. Near main road, but reasonably quiet.

No coffee machine, voucher for over road, but this isn’t good if you need coffee first thing. The coffee place is quite a hike too, not just “over the road”. We didn’t use this as luckily we carry a travel kettle. No servicing of room during our 2 night stay. Fine, but no way to dispose of our trash. (Bin by gate could not be opened). Bathroom door could not be closed.

Cute, comfortable, just what you need! The cabins are set up as well as a hotel room. But better because you don't share any walls and they are situated to allow you to to enjoy a little bit of outdoors from your porch. Convenient to walk next door to two different C- stores and at least one restaurant. More restaurants available within a little longer walk too. They set up a campfire with s'mores every night! Looking forward to coming back again sometime!

I might only suggest a towel hook a little closer to the shower, but that is it!!

The lights were turned on and the people were very sweet, even though we arrived later in the evening. They offered a light fire with s'mores. They even warned me that the Sprinklers would be turned on at 1030 MT. Very cordial and professional too!

No place to pull over and star watch, w/o bothering local residents. Of course, we could have stayed at Bryce Canyon; but we had to check in by a deadline! Otherwise, it was an excellent experience, overall!

Friendly and helpful people, very clean, great location to both Zion and Bryce Canyon parks, fireplace with smores was very nice touch and very pleasant surprise especially for kids, nice quiet place for relaxing and watching night sky, we really enjoyed our stay, would come back again and recommend to everyone

The room was perfect. It was our own cabin, not connected to other rooms. We had a porch and inside we had a comfortable king bed, a sofa, microwave, decent sized fridge with a small freezer, a table with two chairs and a beautiful bathroom. Very clean. There were outlets on the laps so I could charge my phone and plug in my CPAP. Huge tv with satellite. We would definitely stay here again!!

There was nothing about the hotel we didn't like. The town is super small. One gas station, a cafe and one restaurant, both very good. However, I would make sure to stock up on drinks, snacks, etc. before arriving. Everyone in town is super nice and helpful! The cafe across the street does have a small market for some essentials.
