I liked that they were able to accommodate my first floor room request. Room had a fridge and a microwave which was helpful. Very nice front desk staff. A few sundries offered for sale in the lobby. Restaurant on property.

Ice machine is in lobby so you can't access it after hours (lobby is not open all the time). After hours key drop isn't secure. A solid 15 minute drive outside of the park and away from all the services in the main section of town. Pool was still closed even though it was supposed to open up again in late May (management should have emailed guests and given them a discount or given them the option to book elsewhere).

Location was great for all the sites and activities in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a nice selection of meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The prices were reasonable.

The only ice machine is in the main lobby and not convenient to the outlying rooms. It would be nice if they had another ice machine at the remote building to the east.

Excellent location, a short drive to Bryce Canyon. Lovely owners who are knowledgeable about the local area. If we could have stayed longer, we’d love to have taken one of their horse riding trips. The restaurant had good food, reasonably priced and friendly staff.

Perfectly comfortable but in need of updating. I feel this was reflected in the price. I would stay here again.

We loved the Bryce Canyon Pines restaurant. We ate dinner there both nights - the trout was great! The room was comfortable and clean. Location was fantastic! If you want to rent e-bikes from the airport location, it will be a great location!

The pool was closed when we came back from a warm day hiking, so that was disappointing.

Close to Bryce. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Good value. Good restaurant on premises. Easy wifi access.

Water temperature fluctuates during shower. Will get really hot or cold for a few seconds then will return return to normal for a few minutes then will start again. No rhyme or reason to it. Kept you on your toes and shortened your shower!

The room was spacious and nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a great restaurant on site serving delicious food. Such a friendly and welcoming place and a good price. Lovely relaxing location a short drive from the canyon.

Nothing! We loved it here and wanted to stay longer.

The very friendly receptionist gave us a spacious room upstairs and the restaurant was very nice (but not open for breakfast on the day after)

The heating was so noisy we couldn't leave it on and we woke up very cold

The attached restaurant served fantastic home cooking. The Grand Slam breakfast came with 2 enormous buttermilk pancakes. A rare carb indulgence! The rooms were not super modern but they were super clean and nothing was falling apart or aging. It was all very well maintained. The beds actually have the old-fashioned spring mattresses, which I love! I didn't know that you could buy them anymore! They keep you MUCH cooler at night. I would definitely stay here again!

BCP is just 2-3 miles away from the main hotel area of Bryce, but as its detached from the main town it is more rural, so for us it was great as it was very quite and we could look directly across horse paddocks from our room. The attached restaurant was great, one of the best meals in our SW USA 4 week road trip. Try the steak, apple pie and fresh baked bread - yum!. The hotel manager was super friendly too.

nothing. We’d stay (and eat) again for sure if ever back at Bryce.

Great location, right outside of Bryce Canyon. About a 5-10 minute drive. They have a restaurant right next door, which was pretty good! Easy to access Bryce Canyon by using the shuttle. Pool wasn’t too cold and hot tub felt great after a day of hiking.
