Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Brattleboro, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was great...good choices. The whole staff was amazing, especially with the hotel under renovation. Great signage about that and enthusiastic support encouraged. Very clean, comfortable room, nice bedding, too.

I don't understand why my last night there out of 5 was a higher price. I had difficulty figuring out how to stream my subscription channels to the TV. Really dont like watching live commercial TV.

It was a very pleasant hotel in a nice location. Nice pool, clean, fresh and comfortable. We had a nice stay.

I detest American hotel breakfast practices of throway plastic forks, knifes, paper plates etc at Breakfast. For these hotel chains to claim green and them send mountains of plastic waste to landfill is reprehensible. This practice is just not acceptable anymore.

I enjoyed the location and amenities. The first morning, our female breakfast attendant was extremely rude. She made snide comments to everyone who asked her any questions. Not sure if she was having a bad day but even so, it was extremely improper. But our breakfast attendant the next two mornings, William, was WONDERFUL. 😁 Helpful, talkative, pleasant to everyone. His counter was always full of food and supplies. He’s a keeper!💜

The two chairs available in our room were extremely uncomfortable. As an older person, I cannot sleep a full 8 hours in a bed. A recliner or comfortable chair with ottoman would be a suggestion. ♥️

Newly renovated room. Was super clean and comfortable! Staff was great and breakfast had baked gluten free options which is always appreciated! Best HIE we’ve stayed at in a long time!!! Close to the downtown area. Found a great restaurant called a Vermont Room and had a delicios dinner. Enjoyed our short time in Brattleboro immensely!

KALEE ROCKS.....so nice to check in with someone that is very cool. Usually check-in with other places is pretty lame. No interaction. SHE NEEDS A RAISE SO QUIET too...that was nice. No screaming kids and nobody was slamming doors all night!

food/drink options. There isn't much around and since there is no taxi/cab service available... there was just delivery options.

It was clean and a good location. all the staff was very friendly and accommodating. From front desk, to the breakfast, to housekeeping.

Did not know that they were undergoing construction. Was not able to use the gym.

The breakfast was amazing, so many choices. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location for our needs.

Not a big deal, but the inside of the elevator looks like it needs some cosmetic repair along the bottom.

everything. loved the place. thank you so much for the family room upgrade it was so comfortable, my family had a great stay.

just that they provide 3 towels in a room for 4 so we had to go downstairs to get one more. and our shampoo and bath gel were completely used up, but we also brought our own so we didn’t go ask for refill

Breakfast was excellent and well managed. William provided exceptional service. The front desk person who checked us in was very helpful. She personally brought us extra bedding that we needed. I also witnessed her giving extra attention to another person who was having problems with reservations.

It was too expensive. Admittedly, the hotel was fully booked on a popular weekend.

Friendly smooth check-in, welcoming amenity [hot cider & treats in the lobby :)], excellently comfortable room, convenient parking, super clean & neat.

Missed the included breakfast, but that was my fault not the hotel's; appreciate that it was an option.
