Best Western Plus Keene Hotel

The wonderful lady (Lori) at your breakfast station was exceptional! You can tell she enjoys her job. She was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed. We stayed 3 nights. Also, the lady at check in after 4pm on Sunday (8-13) was very nice! She made our check in very enjoyable!

It stated that check in was 2pm. When we got there at 2:10pm our room was not ready. That was ok as we went over to my sister's house to wait. But the lady at the counter was very unpleasant. It seemed that she was annoyed with us. I had contacted the hotel a few days before to get a cot for the room. When I mentioned this to her she stated nothing was noted, so we would probably not get a cot! Her attitude was not very good. Not a good first impression for your guests.

The staff was very pleasant, breakfast was great, there were a lot of patrons but it was still quiet. The room was in a good location and so was the hotel. Both check-in and check-out was very easy.

The beds were alright but not real comfortable. One had an egg crate which made it look messy. It was good to have wifi and ports by the TV but it would have been nice to have ports near the bed. I was glad that I thought to bring one because I needed my diabetic monitor near me and it needed charging. It seemed to be a busy weekend in Keene so the price for our stay was high.It would have helped to have 2 chairs in the room.

I was just a nice little getaway the room was very comfortable it was a very cold weekend so we really didn’t leave the room!!

Only thing that frustrated me a little bit was I remote didn’t work so great so that was a little frustrating you had to bang the thing and I brought it to the front desk and he said it was probably just a battery so replace the batteries but unfortunately it wasn’t and we just use the dang thing for the weekend

Grounds well kept. Rooms comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast staff kept the busy room clean and stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately the AC unit in our room needed some attention. Cooled yery well, but made a loud noice a couple minutes after the cool kicked on. We did notify front desk when we were checking out. It was the first hot weekend of the year...

Breakfast was unexpectedly good. the hotel was clean and well kept. Attached restaurant was excellent, fun atmosphere, generous servings.

Corridor traffic was often very noisy. The hallways, could use freshening up. Bath sink water pressure was awful.

Room was clean. My husband was very impressed with the breakfast there were many options. I would stay here again.

Put a new hock on the bathroom door and the trash left outside peoples rooms that was not picked up promptly. It was there for at least a few hours that I know of, it was still there when I left the hotel.

Easy access off the highway. Staff were very friendly. Brandon was exceptionally accommodating. Very pet friendly hotel however should identify a specific pet area outside and have a trash receptacle designated for paste waste. Breakfast was excellent, surprising during Covid.

Rooms run down, towels need replacing. Front desk shield to separate employees from guests gives a very poor first impression. It’s held up with tape and wood blocks. Looks very tacky.

The property was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, & the staff was very friendly.

The parties that were held in the one open area were very loud & they did not do anything about the younger ones running & yelling through the halls.

The room was superior, recently renovated, king size bed. En-suite in room, very clean upon arrival. This hotel also had a swimming pool. Breakfast provided in the morning. All around it was a really comfortable stay, would highly recommend to all :)

My kids loved the pool, at only 5 feet wasn't too much for my 10 year old to navigate. Cannonball contests were a hit.

No silverware or plates in the rooms. Made it difficult for late night snacking.
