We loved it all - everything was really great. The only disappointment was there were no mirrors! So odd. There was one small bathroom mirror - nothing else. It would’ve been nice to see how our outfits looked before we left for the wedding. Usually there’s at last one full length mirror in every place we’ve ever stayed. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. The ease of parking and entering the room right there was great. Our rooms were next to each other-ideal for our family. We would absolutely stay again.

No breakfast included coffee and tea available. The location is perfect if you want to ski at Sugarbush, 15 min to the base. Close to few restaurants, reservations required. A quiet place just for sleep. Don't expect anything else. Very clean!

The air was very dry inside. Bloody nose every night I slept in there! The first day the bathroom sink was clogged, however, the housekeeper fixed it right away. TV channel selection option is second to none! Better without it!

The room was cute and cozy. It was nicely decorated.

There was no microwave, that was inconvenient because all the places to eat where crowded. We ended up with a cold sandwich from the grocery store. No place in the bathroom to put even the toothbrush, and the shower was so small. It was nice having the futon to put our bags on.

Everything was clean, worked properly and up to date. The staff clearly takes pride in maintaining the facility.

For the first 2 nights of our stay it was very quiet and tranquil however for the last night (Friday) it seemed that a much louder and inconsiderate group showed up who was up until almost 1:30am talking loudly outside and smoking right under our window. This would have been much easier to deal with had it not been for it being absurdly hot and the small AC provided unable to keep up requiring us to open the windows to try to get a breeze.

The room and facility are modernly decorated. There is an elevator to use. Compliment coffee. The common area is spacious and welcome. Wifi is strong. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Location is conveniently close to restaurants.

Room is tiny, like really tiny.

Large and comfortable accommodations in the family room for our family of five. Squeaky clean and with all the standard kitchen amenities! Comfortable beds, including the sofa bed. Be advised at the current time the family suite has no AC, however, fans are provided and kept the room very comfortable and cool particularly if used to blow in the cool nighttime Vermont air! Only 2 miles to the Ski resort area as well. Creek and basketball court down the hill. Very large and comfortable central common area that all the rooms open to, has board games and cards and such. The facility even has an elevator for those with mobility issues. Also, even though many people were staying here, the room to room noise isolation was fantastic, we hardly heard anyone in the adjoining accommodations. Would stay here again without question.

The location was great. The staff was fantastically responsive with any questions I had. It is a very relaxing environment.

Honestly the pillows were terrible.... and I had to shimmy around the corners of the bed to get anywhere in the room. The room did not have an outlet super close to the bed for charging my phone. The place was nicely stocked with supplies but the website didn't really make that clear. It was wonderful that dish soap and basic cooking supplies were there, but I brought my own, so that was space wasted on my part.

Clean, cozy and convenient to Sugarbush mountain and restaurants in Waitsfield

We had a small room without a window which was too bad but we would book more in advance next time to avoid that room

Cleanliness and comfort of room, television was easy to navigate, bathroom had body wash and shampoo dispensers in shower/bath tub.

No complaints but would like to have had a lamp on night table in order to not always have to use adequately bright ceiling lights every time lights needed to be turned on.

Easy check in and check out; it was quiet. Coffee in the lobby was appreciated. The large number of hooks was a good thing.

The AC was rather loud. The bathroom sink was quite small.
