Crystal City Marriott at Reagan National Airport

The view was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable. I did not try the breakfast buffet however, the granola french toast was delicious!! The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle was on time. Metro access in lower level. I would absolutely stay here again!

I booked through booking .com, I prepaid in order to get that rate.When I checked in they were going to recharge my card for the entire rate! I showed them that it was paid with the app.Another clerk got things fixed.

Love the this location and the staff is superb! Clean and updated. minutes from DC. I was a little concerned about being close to the airport, but it was quiet and didn’t hear one plane.

Parking. If your vehicle is over 6 feet you will not make it to the parking garage. However, they do have a reserve parking for oversized vehicles but limited. The gentleman at the front desk was very gracious and very helpful in addressing the situation. The problem I had was the parking limitation for vehicles over 6ft tall was not listed on the their website.

The location was excellent for our DC trip. Very clean and close to Crystal area shops & metro. We loved the underground walkways connecting the shops and metro station.

When arriving it was hard to figure out what to do for check in since there is no place to park and walk into the lobby. My wife had to run into the lobby and get instructions while I drove around the building. There is a lot of construction going on in the area but this wasn't a major issue.

Clean and spacious room. Very nice staff.

We booked this hotel because of the access to Metro but discovered that the yellow line is not running until May 2023. There is a blue line but that takes much longer to reach the main strip so not very convenient. Still better than driving even though there is plenty of parking in the city. The bathroom was very basic with minimal toiletries and an empty shower gel bottle. It was pretty basic and met our needs for one night but quite pricey.

Very friendly and accurate with needs I also enjoy the decor the guests are friendly everything feels good.

Had a very weird experience I was getting ready to get out of the car and strange guy was trying to unlock doors nearby me so I waited and watched he looked at me folded his arms and made pointing gestures then he walked away so I armed myself then he proceeded back running towards my vehicle so I hopped out the car and went to the front of my car protecting myself and property he heard me grab my firearm and ran so I put my weapon back up and notified the front desk not sure what was done and I never heard anything back.

I loved the entire hotel. The room was so clean. The pool was amazing and loved the heated pool. The check in process was great and the service was outstanding everyone was always so nice and helpful. I loved that the hotel was so close to the airport and that the hotel had their on shuttle bus to go to the airport. I also loved that the hotel was in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and other stores and there was a nice little park area nearby to sit on a nice day.

There was nothing I did not like. Everything was above my expectations. I would definitely stay here again for my next visit which prayerfully will be for summer 2022

The staff were all amazing! Gracious and accommodating to every extent.

The heating fan was loud. It was freezing outside so all night long it would come on every 30" or so. Room service had to be requested for every detail. We were there for 6 days and had to ask for coffee/creamer every day and also any garbage and towel service. Very diminished per covid restriction but it should relax and breathe again, making daily service about the customer.

We had a great stay. The rooms were super clean and looked identical to the pictures. The bathrooms were nicely appointed and updated. The beds were comfy as well. I was super impressed with the staff. We had a very early arriving flight and requested early check in. We arrived at 8am fully expecting to check our luggage at the desk and return in the afternoon, but incredibly, they had a room ready for us! What a treat! The front desk answered questions and were very helpful. Location super close to the metro. Easy to get into DC or walk to shop and dine in Crystal City and Pentagon City!

My only complaint was that the AC was loud, but that seems pretty usual.

The staff was extremely accommodating. Allowed us a 4 hour early check-in at no extra charge. They also allowed us to keep our vehicle in their parking area after check-out while we took another day trip into DC, also at no extra charge. So, we were able to extend our vacation an extra 6 hours!

The room was very clean and exceeded my expectations. The shower was amazing. The hotel is located in a very cute little district with lots of parks, shopping and eateries. My family had so much fun and would highly recommend. Lots of walking though.

We were charged and extra $30 a night to park at the hotel. I was unaware of this until check in. Wish i was given advance notice of this. Also, everywhere you go requires you to pay for more parking unless you take a taxi or something. Expect to pay for parking everywhere you go.
