The Westin Crystal City Reagan National Airport

Great location-easy access to downtown Washington (metro, even a long walk) and Crystal City itself has lots of attractions (shopping, walking, parks). One can usually find free overnight parking on the streets. Hotel has great food choices at the bar.

On previous stays, the hotel's prices were cheaper. I fear prices are creeping upward, but nevertheless still a good deal.

everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. the entire staff did their best to ensure our stay went well. we used spothero to find our parking because we drove our personal vehicle.

we arrived at the hotel for a 4 night stay however my brother died unexpectedly. the hotel allowed us to check out early to ensured we could return to Alabama for the wake and funeral. the gm agreed to return our last two nights to our credit card however they have not refunded our money or returned our call. God bless and be safe

The room is clean, spacious and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is only 3-4 mins walking to the Crystal City metro station, and there are only several metro stations away to the Capitol. There is a street with many restaurants and pubs that is only 6-7 mins walking distance from the hotel. If you want to visit the Capitol, the museums and Washington monument, strong recommend to stay in Crystal City rather than the Washington DC downtown which is more expensive.

The parking fee of 42USD per day is a little bit expensive.

I love the hotel itself it was nice and clean the staff was very professional and helpful. I love the bartender we had our first night he made the best drinks. The rooms were nice and spacious the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The location is very convenient, plenty of restaurants and stores close by in walking distance. The mall is about a 15-minute walk, and the drive to DC is only 10 minutes. If you don't want to pay to park there, my overall experience was good. I would definitely stay there again.

I didn't like it was only one washcloth in our room. When my husband went to the front desk, he had to wait a while because they were busy. The gentleman acknowledged him and said he would bring some washcloths when he got a chance. When the gentleman came to knock on our door, he only provided hand towels, and he said he couldn't find any washcloths. Our family stopped by a nearby store and purchased our own. I didn't like the fact that the walls are so thin and you can hear everything luckily for me the people on my floor were mostly quite our last night a bus load of kids arrived and unfortunately on our floor and really loud. The water is cold in the morning, which sucks because I'm a morning person.

Very clean

The parking is $46 a day even if you weren't there I full day. We checked in at 230 am and had to be at a graduation ceremony by 9am. We were charger $46. Same with the next day. We got back at around 830pm. Left to head to the airport at 4am. another $46 Also, staff could be a little friendlier with mobile check-in. He could find my reservation and told me we were at the wrong hotel, both checking in and out even after I provided my receipt of purchase and reservation/confirmation number.

The rooms were nice, but a bit small for four people. We had to move rooms due to some mechanical problems that required some extra repair time. Our second room was exactly the same as the first. That is without the mechanical issues. Customer service was excellent. In fact Hamid in the breakfast area was excellent. He provided maybe the best customer service we have ever received.

There is not pool at the hotel. They only clean the rooms every third day which was not a problem for us, but you have to ask for wash cloths since they don't provide enough for three days.

The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable! I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and relaxed in the dining area. The front desk staff were very pleasant. When I arrived, I checked in and dropped my bags in the room so I could return a borrowed car. I was only parked for about 10 minutes and the staff was kind to validate my parking so I didn't have to pay $20 for 10 minutes. The shuttle to the airport was perfect. At a week of meetings, my night here was just what I needed.

It would be nice to have a microwave in each room. There are 2 on the main floor but that isn't practical unless you are eating on the main floor. Parking is very expensive.

The hotel was very clean and my room was exactly like the pictures online. I was very satisfied with the level of comfort in my room. I liked how close the location was to Reagan National Airport and how easy it was to get to Washington D.C. (for sight seeing).

There were no menus in the room to receive room service and my television didn't work. We kept losing internet service for the tv.

The location is very convenient to explore D.C. - there is a subway station one block away. We used the bike rental, also one block away, offered by citibike. The cycling path into town is beautiful along the river & also convenient to explore Georgetown & Alexandria. We had parking & Wifi included plus late check-out at 12. The beds were very comfortable. There was no noise from the airport.

The breakfast offer did not look inviting, so we went outside.

The location was convenient (across from metro station) and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Although the prices are high for all hotels, this location still comes out less expensive than most in the area.

There was really nothing to complain about. Although the hotel was hosting a large crowd this weekend, it was still quiet.
