Loved the customer service and the front desk receptionists were extremely welcoming upon coming in. LOVED chatting with Sierra & Tyrone. The beds were so comfortable & breakfast was great. Awesome location with plenty stores and fast food around.

They are doing some renovations which I completely understand but I just felt it could be a bit cleaner. bathroom was a bit dusty, and floor was dirty, shower curtain wasn't double lined, so it was inside the shower with you getting soaked. also, the carpets are very stained, lights in room had no shade or covers over them making lights very bright.

The environment was very comforting. Breakfast was pretty typical for a hot breakfast, but this still seemed like they stepped it up not only with quality but with presentation. Most of all, the staff. The kindness and hospitality that we experienced was amazing. We had an accident with my son at breakfast, as well as my daughter during the night and the staff made sure we didn’t feel like a burden. They assured us it was no trouble and took care of it. Then when we left we had forgotten 2 items and they called immediately and we were able to turn around and get them. Seriously, these people need to be commended for their effort. Their kindness deserves recognition, and their employers need to understand the exemplary qualities they have in these staff members.

Check in was fast and at 3. The women at the desk were so friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was quiet and clean. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, usually I hate hotel bed and pillows but theirs were perfect. Also, there's a shopping center across the main road that has everything you want and need.

The top lock on the door was broke and that made me uncomfortable.

Great location, for traveling back and forth to and from the conference.

No stairs to climb or elevator🙌🏿. I ask to have my room closer to the exits and it was granted with no problem. Thanks to your staff!🙏🏿❤️

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! Our room was very large and even had a separate TV area which came in handy when my husband wanted to take a nap.

The only issue we had was the ac unit. I'm not sure if I set it correctly but it felt a little hot through out the night. But like I said that could have been a me problem.

the desk clerk and lady that was making cookies were two of the nicest and polite ladies I've encountered in a long time. CUSTOMER SERVICE goes a long way!!! These ladies were great!

I loved our room it was very nice had a living room area separated from the bedroom it was super nice

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't connect my Google stick to the network so I could stream my own stuff most hotels I've stayed you can connect this one wouldn't work

The bath tub had hair in it which I ended up cleaning myself. So I know it was clean. One of my sheets had a stain in it which I told receptionist and she did a excellent job taken care of it with no problem and I did find a bandage on floor. Smh. So when cleaning they need to pay a little more attention.

Location was good not far from the beach. Places to get something to eat were not far to travel. Breakfast was good. I didn't have to cook I want very glad was on vacation.

Our mattress was very hard woke up every morning with my back hurting me. Need to get better pillows large enough to fit the size of the bed.

Super comfy beds, clean facilities, and breakfast was convenient

The pool was not in use, we chose this place vs others nearby because of the pool.
