The reservation was made at one Country Inn in Fredericburg but when we got to the hotel they told us sometimes there are errors in 5he system and directed us to go to the other sister hotel. When we went to that address we got an empty parking lot. We had to call the hotel to get proper directions. Very frustrating after a long 14 hour drive. We met another young family who experienced the same thing as us.

My room was very clean and I had maid service daily. The night desk clerk was very nice and eager to please. I saw him on the elevator twice going up to a room to help with something.

The morning staff could hardly give you the time of day. I know they’re busy, but eye contact would be nice. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. There were waffles and biscuits and gravy. For those of us off carbs and craving protein, it was a bit of a let down. I did try the gravy though-👍🏻👍🏻-delicious!

Great stay after initial snafu about the location, there are 2 Country Inn & Suites in Fredericksburg and our GPS was very confused…South was the one we were looking for - as it is pet friendly. The room was spotless, beds comfortable, easy in and out for us with our puppy to a gated area just for pets! Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was good! Easy on off stop if you’re on Rt 95 or Rt 1. Will definitely stop again!

The Confusion over the address. Our dinner delivery was delayed by over an hour due to location issue.

Superb staff at check in. Trevor was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The location was great in that it avoided most traffic areas. One light and you were on the road. Denny's next door offered a place to eat a good meal without driving. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Fredericksburg.

After driving all the way from south Florida, we were so happy to arrive here and relax - this time with our dog. The room was perfect for our dog & family of four. The large TV in the room was great including the roomy refrigerator. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was roomy. The staff were nice and the breakfast was convenient before heading out the next morning. Wish we had time for the dog park and pool.

Some hotels can be terrible off of I-95 in Virginia however, the Country Inn & Suites is perfect! Great location, access to numerous restaurants & bringing your dog, including a dog park!

The bathtub seemed old & dirty in our room (102). There were numerous people hanging around outside in the parking area which seemed weird & sketchy.

Stayed because of in-house breakfast available-makes it easier to grab breakfast and get on the road quickly. Beds were very comfortable- appreciated mattress having zippered covers. Bathroom had extra towels Easy check out

Breakfast didn’t have different fruits - no bananas or apples - only oranges. No shower cap in bathroom.

Everything went well. I was traveling from Florida by Motorcycle. This was midway. The staff allowed me to leave my Bike under the Carport at the main entrance to protect it from the incoming rain. The room was excellent sized, shower had plenty of hot water with good water pressure. Breakfast was included. There was a Dennys next door (10% discount w/hotel room key), as well as several other restaurants all nearby. Easy access to gas, and I-95.

I have no complaints

I loved that on the way down and the way back we could stop, bring our dogs to the little dog park that they even put a little red fire hydrant there. So Cute! The dogs had a blast running around. They had poop bags and disposal can, which made things easy. It was a great place to rest overnight, half-way between where we were between our destinations - coming and going. The staff were very kind and when I spoke to them, could engage in good conversations.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

It was nice clean and friendly. Traveling with grandchildren. The staff was helpful and cheerful.

The only thing I can honestly say was I had accidentally left a 3-4 blue crystal heart there the my granddaughter was playing with. I had expected a call from the hotel saying they had found it, but did not. I am a Spiritual woman so I figured whoever found it must have needed it more than me. I just wish they had been honest about finding it. I won’t let that down play the nice stay my grands and I had. Staff was very nice!
