I like how spacious the facility was . Even if there was more people you wouldn’t feel crowded. I enjoyed how my room had a balcony.

I didn’t like how front desk staff in the evening when I called to see about milk wasn’t able to come up with something, besides there is the market next store. If I was in that position I would have got some; as you have it for breakfast and maybe charged for a juice. People normally don’t mind paying for connivence specifically later at night with two little kids. Would also be nice if you have those large kitchens in the room to provide a few plates, utensils and some cups.

I'm a daily swimmer, and the pool was a major reasons we chose the Hyatt. (Also, we simply like Hyatt hotels. This one was no exception). I was informed electronically that water temperature in the pool was 85 degrees, but when I went to the pool the afternoon we arrived, the facility was locked. I had to ask someone at reception to unlock, and the fellow in charge of maintaining the pool apparently turned up the temperature in the water, which was no higher than 82 degrees. Br-r-r-! I froze for c. 40 minutes, when the water began to warm. Next morning, temperature was good. Always, there should be a clock in the room with the pool, and there was none. Finally, the bottle room with shower soap was empty, and the clock was incorrectly set. Instructions were not clear re how to set, and the domestic helper also could not help re that. Otherwise, all was fine.

Breakfast was very good. There was a nice variety each day. The hot breakfast changed a bit from day to day. Staff was helpful also.

There was a divider panel between the bed and the sleeper sofa that was very awkward. There wasn’t enough room between the bed and the panel to get out of the bed on the left side. The second queen bed was so close to the wall that you couldn’t get out on the right side of the bed.

The continental breakfast was the best I've ever had - I loved the room & the beds were SO comfortable... All of the staff were friendly & helpful.

I really can't think of ANYTHING.... Our stay was as close to perfect as any we've ever had... Anytime we have family visiting from out of town, we ALWAYS use HYATT... ALWAYS ! ! !

The breakfast was good, especially the coffee. The handicapped room worked out perfect.

We were hoping for a more comprehensive restaurant on site. It might have been helpful if there was a bellman to help me with my luggage. I was traveling with my husband who is handicapped. The location was great. We walked to a restaurant and I was able to go to the grocery store too.

Friendly staff light blocking window coverings quiet convenient to grocery "maid" happy to give us more cups, etc lots of hot water lots of clean towels convenient parking had a nonskid bathmat

room 404 bathroom is not clean, mold or dirt in tile crevices, around tub light above sofa dim the showerhead is so high I couldn't reach it to change the flow Wanted a little bottle of lotion

The breakfast spread was great.. I wish they could have grits instead of the scrambled eggs that weren’t tasty at all, but overall everything was delicious…

I think they should add microwaves to each rooms… And a jacuzzi would have been nice in the indoor pool area…

The staff was superb and very friendly. The breakfast was good and utilized real plates and silverware-not plastic and paper. The food was fresh and had a good variety. The courtyards were very cozy and inviting. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.

I have no complaints.

The breakfast was the best continental breakfast I’ve had in my life. No exaggeration. Something for the whole family and it was amazing. We travel a lot and have been all over the world and this was top notch.

The location was great as it pertains to being close to highways, it’s located next to a small shopping mall and restaurants.

The hotel can use some dusting. The rooms were very dusty and its apparent that certain things were left off the cleaning list, it’s more to cleaning a room besides changing the bedsheets. The carpet also has a slight odor.
