Comfort Suites

In a quiet area, near residential area.

Location had bonuses and not. We found it difficult to get out onto the Main Street as the hotel isn’t situated in a street with traffic lights. Main road is super busy. You either need to turn right and drive a little ways to make a u-turn or cut through a shopping center parking lot to hit the next street over for a traffic light. No means the fault of the property only something to consider when booking. the hotel was great! They did have construction going on, updating of rooms, but very respectful of hours, not before 9 am and not after 6 pm from what we were aware of.

Food was OK. The housekeepers were quick to respond when we needed the pull out sofa bed made up. They were very friendly.

There was not enough regular seating in the breakfast area. Many of the seats were too high. I'm handicapped and could not sit on a high stool. There was no comfortable chair in the room on which to sit. The flashing "strobing" light from Red Roof Inn was very annoying at night. There really is a need for another elevator. People had to wait for the elevator to return in order to get to the lower level.

The front office staff was always welcoming and helpful. Always greeted with a smile and addressed when entering and leaving. They also handled a very inpatient customer at the same time we were checking in very well. She was very professional and remained calm. The room was clean and comfortable.

There was not a very strong stream of water in the shower (removing shampoo a little more difficult) and you have to keep turning the nozzle for warm water.

Convenient to our trip travels

Unfortunately the elevator was being repaired and we were on the 4 th floor. As a senior, it was a bit difficult managing all the stairs. Patrick was the best with helping us as he carried up out luggage.

Bed was very comfortable. Room size was good. Breakfast was changed up daily and done well as a whole. Staff pleasant.

Indoor pool wasn't heat, so too cold to enjoy. Only disappointment.

Love the rooms, I like the couch and table, gives you someone to sit besides the bed or desk, like it better than a single chair. Comfort Suites is my favorite hotel.

I had a piece of trash frozen inside an ice cube but I realize this was probably a weird incident and not any real fault

Breakfast good but both days shut down earlier than advertised!

Elevator was not operating upon check out and we were on second floor. Made it difficult to get belongings to car that morning

Great place, only downfall we saw was breakfast area was a little crazy and cramped. Also no mention of indoor pool anywhere. Kiddo was a bit disappointed we didn't have swimming attire.

Dim/ dark interior lighting There were hairs that weren’t mine on the sheets that gives me a feeling that they weren’t changed. 🤔🤮

The breakfast was decent, a bit limited I assume due to pandemic restrictions. The staff was kind and friendly. The pool was clean, the jacuzzi was warm and so relaxing. The property was located in an awesome area, near all types of shopping and eating.
