The location of the hotel was great, only a few minutes from the airport. The room was comfortable and the breakfast (included) was pretty good. I wish they had more toasters at the breakfast room, so that guests didn't have to wait for a long time to get toast. Good value for the price.

There was no coordination betwwen the hotel reception and the airport shuttle driver. When you arrive at the airport, you have to call the hotel for the shuttle, but the receptionist didn't tell the shuttle driver about my call, so I had to wait at the shuttle stand for almost an hour, and three calls.

This Hyatt place sterling has been one of the best economic hotels around dc areas, near IAD airport (which has a metro station). Location is great, parking is free and easy. Surrounding area is quite and not much traffic. Also a Sam club gas and other places nearby. The hotel offers free shuttle service which is very nice. The room is descent maintained and has a small living room with sofa and coffee bar. Earlier check in before 3 is also doable based on their availability as well as late check out. Their staff were very nice and communications are easy. Alexis at front desk and shuttle bus driver Max were very nice people, they’ve made the hotel experience even better.

It doesn’t have tooth brushes etc and when I forgot mine and called front desk they told me they don’t have at that point. It’s a bummer because it was late and I didn’t want to go out and buy one. The breakfast was good but the bagels were almost gone and milk was almost empty when we tried to eat. Better to refill in a timely manner.

That I was close to my event I was attending for the time I was there. I enjoyed the hot Breakfast every morning. It never disappointed me. I was able to workout in the gym facility that was also available to kill time. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. Free parking. Loved that.

The WiFi sucks! My movies or videos were buffering so much. I couldn't enjoy an online game play if I wanted to. My room smelled like bleach.

I am not so sure of her name but the receptionist who worked in the evening shift during my stay was great and very supportive. She is the asset of this property.

During checkout, I arrived 9:13am at the reception with my luggage and asked the shuttle service. But I was refused saying that the shuttle is going to the airport every an hour. I asked them to consider my situation as I had three luggage but they declined. This is bad and it has to be improved

The location was close to the airport. The shuttle was prompt. Even though my departure was an hour before breakfast was scheduled to begin, the driver made sure I was able to grab a bagel and a banana on the way out the door. [<—Please, don’t take this as a promise of an early breakfast.] And, the price was reasonable.

I was there for 5 hours. My schedule, road construction, and rain conspired to deprive me of time to sleep—less than 2 hours. However, the room and facilities ensured that for what little time my eyes were closed I got as good of rest as possible. …So, what I seem to be saying is, “Life is complicated and difficult, but my stay was nice.”

There were some noise issues on the 4th floor, but the employee in charge of the front desk around 9:30-10:00PM was very professional and quick to address the issue. The front desk employees are exceptional! They do not disregard your requests as a hotel guest, and are quick to get you anything you may need. Great work! Front desk staff were welcoming upon arrival and assisted well into the evening when issues with other guests arose. Room was clean and nothing out of order. Housekeeping did an excellent job preparing the room, and not a spot was dirty or otherwise unclean. Excellent hotel, highly recommend!

The only problem I experienced was noise level from other guests not respecting quiet hours beginning at 9PM, but as mentioned, the front desk staff immediately addressed the issue and everything was resolved within the hour. Excellent compared to some hotels I’ve dealt with in the past.

Nice rooms that fit our family of 5. Free breakfast had all we needed.

It seemed hard for staff at breakfast to keep up with the guests who didn’t always make it easy to keep the breakfast area clean and stocked. Staff looked to be working hard, but it was tough during peak times.

Breakfast was poor (6-9.30), got there at 9am there was nothing left and staff did not refilled anything, could only have cereals, it was messy around dishes, only plastic utensils available, tables were dirty, nobody was cleaning them, had to wipe the table ourselves...

Bathroom was way too small and actually rather hard to get into without waking up rest of your family. Pool out sofa is definitely not something I'll ever try again - very uncomfortable, though not as bad as some others we've slept on.

Very friendly, helpful staff at reception and good room size. Hotel is also well located (near highway & shopping).

Room cleaning was not regular (which is Ok) but when I asked for every 2nd day vs 3rd day, I faced resistance. Traveling with family is only reason (alone I could manage 3rd day schedule). I got the 2 day schedule but I should not have had to haggle with housekeeping to get it.
