Hampton Inn Dulles/Cascades

Location was a little bit tucked away but grew on me quickly as just a short drive/uber to a lot of things to do. They also have a shuttle but didn't use. I ended up extending my stay an additional staff/Sabrina was incredibly polite and helpful. They have a wonderful HOT breakfast and nice dinning area. Also enjoyed the patio area. Will absolutely stay again

Nothing really sticks out. Staff incredibly friendly. The pool maybe a very, very strong chlorine smell

The property was very clean and neat the breakfast was fantastic! Our pup loved the walk area.

We forgot our formal clothes in the closet of our room. My husbands black suit with his shoes shirts and ties and my black formal dress all in the closet. We had booked a room because we attended a wedding. I hope we can get our things back. My husband says he could drive up there and get our things since we are a hour and a half away from the Cascades Hampton Inn.

All the staff - front desk, housekeeping, and food service were all incredibly nice. The facilities were very clean even though some of the furniture was a bit worn out. We loved the complimentary breakfast!

I believe there was a youth football league staying there and some of the kids became rowdy in the lobby. It bothered me when they started to rough house and almost fell into me. But otherwise, the kids and chaperones were all very nice.

We had booked the dates wrong through booking.com and we managed to change it. When we arrived at the facility, the front desk guy said the reservation was expired and my card was already charged for it and that I had to book a new room. However, the manager passed by and he was amazing and took care of everything and made changes and applied the already paid amount to this reservation. We are thankful he did that for us. Facility is clean and close to the airport.Highly recommend.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable as we've come to expect at Hampton Inns. This location is tucked away in a park like setting away from noise and traffic. We thought it was surprisingly affordable considering it's close proximity to Dulles. Friendly staff and exceptional breakfast.

We always request a room on the ground floor at Hampton Inns, but never have gotten one. Our room was on the 5th floor this stay.

The hotel was so clean and comfortable

For the breakfast: many people are not eating pork. but, they would eat eggs and potatoes. However, they are all sharing the same chafing dish. It would be better to separate each one

Very clean and good staff all around. Stayed for 3 days. Good breakfast. We used the 5:00 am shuttle for the IDA, and that was fine too.

Google Maps and my old GPS did not have an accurate street location for the address. It took us a few minutes to circle around the plaza to locate the entrance. Fortunately the 6 story high building is hard to miss! View from the top is good too.

The shuttle service was great, the driver was very polite and respectful. The breakfast was more than we expected, there were many options for both drinks and food. The room size was good and we liked that there was a microwave available.

We did not like the temperature of the pool.

The rooms should be cleaned daily or every other day.I wish your pickup and drop off shuttle service should extend to Dules Bwi and Reagan Airports
