Location was great for where I had to be the next day. I’ve stayed at the hotel in the past and it’s clean. Liked the layout of the room.

The property seemed like it needed more repairs this time. First room had an issue with the key, had to move to a different room because the keys (several sets) did not work. Even the front desk person tried, did not open. Breakfast area needs to be kept clean all morning. Looked very picked over with very basic offerings, nothing special or different. Really wish someone would be at the front desk in the morning. That was the case the last time I stayed as well. There’s no one at the desk so I’m not sure if I was checked out. Just frustrating.

Need more towels in room, request for extra pillows during booking wasn't fulfilled, lighting - where the floor mirror is there is no light, wish breakfast ended at a later time on weekdays. This is more for those who design the rooms, but I hate when the bed is before the living room area; it's hard to find hotels like that anymore, but please if ever a redesign is done, consider doing rooms where you have the living room area first as you walk in the room and the bed closer to the window... especially for a king suite.

The breakfast was excellent. The rooms had a bold new design. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was outstanding! A/C unit worked well. Outlets and usb charging plugs were GREAT! Night Light built into the bathroom outlet is VERY thoughtful. Big TV was great as well. And a FREEZER in our little fridge! To keep our frozen cold packs, frozen. Wonderful! The sit down little sofa, with a movable table, EXCELLENT idea!

Dresser Drawers for an extended stay. Hot water faucet in the shower worked backwards, sending out COLD water when you turned to hot. A little cramped coming in the door with a luggage cart, but no big deal. Lose the nice painting over the toilet and put in Towel racks in the bathroom. And lastly, a GIDEON BIBLE in the room. 1st room I ever stayed in that DID NOT have one☹️ In conclusion, an excellent room, an excellent hotel, that could use just a few minor improvements.

The hotel was great, I would definitely stay here again. The room was very clean and spacious. I booked a King room, it was not ready so they put us in a King Suite at no additional charge. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows not so much. They offered a breakfast .....eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, fruit, cereal, bagels.

Road noise while trying to sleep, Plus kids running up and down the hallway...seems the parents didn't care enough to make their kids behave at midnight.

Only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom sink stopper was broken, so we had to keep a plastic spoon under it from fall and causing the water to build up. Also the sink water pressure was very low. Secondly, the very top sheet that they only change when they visibly see something dirty on it (yes I just taught y’all something new lol) had some type of dog hair on it.

The first impression very clean place. Nice and polite staff. All this ladies and guys, too, had big smile on their faces. Hablan mi idioma Español. I will reserved here again, definitely.

I stay for four days three nights, Thursday April 21 to Sunday April 24. I have no cleaning services at all.( By the way, I have not used the no disturb sign) Trash cans was full, no bring clean towels nothing at all. Thats why I do not bring 10 score review. The dirty towels staying on the bathroom floor, for the four days. I asked for clean towels to a lady on the hallway, but they never ever came to clean the room, any day😥 i know this is something tha you can fix it. Other than that everything was good.

Incredibly accommodating staff. Always with generous greeting "what can I do for you." Very accommodating managers. Small beer/wine lobby bar and convince store with snacks and convenience items is a super idea. Large lobby offers space to dine on outside meals, instead of in your room. Hotel shuttle to airport consists of hotel calling and paying for Ubers. Ubers come here in minutes, less than 10, as well as in the airport.

For a new hotel there are already a number of neglected maintenance issues. Room (under bed) and lobby bathrooms not clean. One day (Tuesday, 3/2) breakfast was very disappointing - no breads, one piece of fruit, greasy bacon and cold, dry eggs. Next day it was great. Lots of restaurants and CVS close distance but no sidewalks and very busy highway.

I did not get the room I selected once we got there with our dogs we were told they didn't have the room we selected but a handicap accessible was available at same rate. Would have been nice if she just said hey we have a king room right next to the exit but has handicap bathroom. Not that we used it but the pool was tiny.

When we arrived, Michael greeted us with a smile and got a checked in promptly. My expectations are high! They met them easily! Coffee a ailailavle all hours. Happy hour starts.at 3pm. The breakfast was typical. It's not great, but enough. Eggs, sausage, cereal, bagles,...

The breakfast could have been better, but we don't stay their to eat. Just.a nice bonus.

The breakfast was the only negative. No bread or bagels, eggs were overcooked.

The management could have purchased bread/bagels to compensate for the no show delivery. The hotel was fairly full but the kitchen staff didn't prepare enough breakfast which left us waiting extremely long. When they finally refilled the pan, the eggs were overcooked and not appetizing. They could have and should have anticipated a larger breakfast crowd and prepared accordingly.
