beds comfortable. rooms seem sound proof especially good when you have kids running around.

staff was new but not well trained. breakfast was included in my booking but the staff told me it wasn’t even after I told them I booked with it included. if I didn’t press the issue and show them my confirmation my family would have missed out on something I had already paid for and I would have had to pay for it. which at $16 pp is expensive when you have 9 ppl. the New staff was friendly though.

I think while we were waiting for few more friends to to be checked out at the lobby, near by the staffs were talking about us. I think they were saying in Spanish why we were taking so long why we weren’t leaving and on top of that we had time for out checked out t wasn’t 11 am it was like 10:30 am so… maybe staffs next time because we probably will be coming every year with bigger group

Cozy places, clean and nice room, beautiful forest landscape, friendly staffs including bar, restaurant and cleaning service.

one of bookings via booking.com for my colleagues are missing, spend long time to reserve a room at the check-in. would be convenient to serve knifes and folks at each room.

The room was very nice. The welcome on the TV was a nice touch. Bed was nice and comfy.

Not sure if there wasn't a bathroom fan or if it was just broken, but that was something that should have been working. Didn't really enjoy having to smell bathroom smells because of the fan issue.

Breakfast very good. Service fast and efficient. Plenty of natural light in rooms. Hotel very new, so spotless. Well equipped Gym and a reasonable size for a Hotel.

Minor issues only. Would prefer glass drinking glasses in the room. Plastic not very environmental. Air/con - heater. always running (noisy), regardless of the remote Thermostat control setting. Room with connecting door to adjacent room. Could hear activity next door; TV , snoring, children......thankfully not all at once !

The location was great for the event I was attending. The room met my ADA needs and loved the spacious room and bathroom access. The lobby was very attractive and inviting as well as the balcony area. Really loved the layout.

it was amazing!

I had spoken to 3 different people who told me I could pay with cash upon arrival. when we arrived we were told that was indeed not the case BUT the lady at the front was amazing and since we got two rooms she was able to use our cash and help us out this time.

This hotel was 10 in every aspect and especially the staff!!!! I will return to stay there anytime I have business or leisure in the Manassas area!!!!

There was absolutely nothing to dislike!!!!

It was simple and comfortable. All new and fresh.

The pillows. They were a nice quality but your head just sunk down to the mattress. Make them smaller.
