The room cleanliness and the customer service

Parking was a little tight but I was able to make do so, I guess no problema

Very fast and simple check in and out process. Right across the street is a small diner with great food

The room was large, so the bed, and it was very clean. The staff was nice. There was a TV with plenty of channels. There were two little fridges and a microwave oven which were convenient. There is a 7eleven and a grocery store just next to it.

I could use a breakfast for the price I paid (we're close to DC, OK, but that was a hundred per night !) Not very convenient if you're a pedestrian (but no one is in this country...) I wish the wifi code was in the room.

I liked how close the hotel was to everything in old town manassas. The price was mostly affordable and the staff was very accomodating.

It was a bit outdated, but that's to be expected at this price.

Price was not so high and location was good

This isn't really a criticism but more of a "getting there". The place is being remodeled so the entry, stairs hall etc. were a bit cluttered. The outside seems to have been done first (Curb Appeal) so when the inside is brought up to the same standard it will be pretty nice

Train runs right past hotel all night.

Not located in the best area of the city, but rates were cheap, and the room was clean. Quiet, safe.

The stairwell and hallways could use a deep clean and a facelift.

It was a cute old building in a perfect location. Great restaurants and gas stations across the street.

We booked, paid, and got confirmation from Booking. Com. The hotel said the didn’t have access to the system to get to pre booked rooms They wanted me to pay again and get refunded later. I was able to show my conformation and receipts for the booking. Multiple phone calls were made to the boss to try and figure it out. I was told multiple times that I would have to pay again. I refused and we were ready to go find somewhere else. Finally they agreed to give us our room when we were ready to leave. The lady we spoke with was very nice and tried her best. The place is very outdated and worn down but felt safe and was very quiet. The bed was clean and very comfortable.
