I’ve stayed there multiple times and it’s been really great. Since the last time the hotel has been renovated and is beautiful! Bedding was very nice and love the choice of 2 different pillows! I will say the one con is that you got rid of the table and chairs. With the kitchen there is now no place to sit down and eat!

Out of your control but the hotel seems to have a lot of construction vehicles staying there and they take up 2 and 3 spaces and in the early morning (3:45) I was awakened by Beep beep beep! Also Ballsford Road has been under construction for months. Not you fault!

Stayed for one night for a concert at jiffy lube live & it was perfect! Really close, clean & comfortable. The staff was super friendly & I also felt very safe with their security setup. The rooms are super well stocked with items you’d need as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The size of the room was that of an apartment and very spacious. Allowing pets made it possible for family members with pets to come visit and made to feel welcomed.

Even though maintenance is required from time to time, the work that was being done during my stay made it very difficult to park at times. Some of the individuals parking seem to have very little regard for others when parking that prevented the ability to park because they were taking up additional space.

Very comfortable and handy to where we wanted to go. We enjoyed the space, since we were relocating and had many boxes with us.

Lots of trucks parked all along the road. Not really a problem, I realize that truckers are some of your best customers for long-term stays. Carpet was damp, since the air conditioning leaked a bit. Staff fixed that after we checked out, I am sure.

The room was exceptional and a perfect size for couples. Bathroom was more spacious than most and full kitchen was a nice touch! Very friendly staff also!

Everything was great. No complaints.

Location was great, just a couple minutes off the interstate which was awesome for this stay!

The room smelled like smoke. Easy to cover up with a room spray though!

The lady at the counter was so nice and so helpful. The rooms were so clean and accommodating to our pets. The mini kitchen was perfect. The beds were so comfy. We will be back.

Bed was comfortable. Kitchenette was well supplied. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Parking was limited and had a few work trucks and trailers that were double parked.

It is well set up for a family with small children that wants to stay together, and independence of movement with easy access to and availability of facilities for adhoc family essentials.

The sofa bed needed a mattress topper.

No breakfast but location was decent and close to lots of things!

Wish the bathrooms had fans to air them out, got too stuffy when taking showers. Also wished they came around to clean more. They only clean once every 7 days which is insane for how much we paid
