The rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff at check-in were very and professional. They brought the pack-n-play very quickly that had been requested on the reservation.

There wasn't any hot water in the shower, but had it at the bathroom sink. The breakfast was cold when it should have been warm(gravy for biscuits and gravy). The man at checkout would not give a receipt, said it would come from booking.com and wanted to charge extra for the pack-n-play. He was also very hard to understand, didn't speak English very well.

We loved everything about our stay. Convenient location, breakfast was good and hot. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We need a smoking room. The smoking room we got didn't even smell like a smokers room. VERY pleased with our stay.

Was informed that starting 2024 they would no longer offer smoking rooms. We stay at this location everytime we come to this area and never disappointed.

Onsite staff were fantastic. There was a problem with my reservation and they bent over backward and kissed the ground to help straighten it out.l This hotel was clean and quiet and the people were great.

Well breakfast was a bit crowded with nowhere to sit so that could have been better. Trivial thing really.

Very convenient location. The room was exceptionally clean and came with a smart TV I easily cast to. This whirlpool room was a surprisingly great value, the bed comfortable, and the room quiet.

The multi-building layout made it a bit confusing to find the room on a dark, rainy night.

It was very clean and convenient. Checking in was very simple and fast. Parking spot was in front of our room. The room heated very fast. We had a very good rest.

This was just a stop on our trip - so we didn't ask or expect anything special. They had a bit old bathing tub - but it was clean - so we didn't mind.

There was a mess up with my reservation and both the night and day shift desk was very helpful in straightening it out. The place was extremely busy due to some kind of sporting event...cars? motorcycles? 4 wheelers? and they were really patient and helpfucl.

My room was supposed to be a queen bed but when we checked in and got in our room it was two double beds.. but considering we was just there to sleep it wasn’t that much of a big deal.

From check in to check out, no complaints! You can't go wrong staying here. It's just off the interstate but you can't hear the traffic. We'll be staying again when we're headed to Tennessee again next year!

i would have liked a better blanket. The breakfast was stopped because of Covid, I would like a night or reading light

Excellent facility. Breakfast was outstanding. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious.
