breakfast was great! biscuits with sausage gravy, very yummy! rooms were spacious and beautiful. great hotel!

We were told it would be 30-45 min wait for a table for dinner. So we gave the hostess our name and asked if we could wait at the bar. We also told the bartender we were on the list for a table but wanted a drink while waiting. After quite a long wait, maybe an hour or more, the bartender came around and asked if we wanted food since the kitchen was closing in a half hour. My husband checked with the hostess and they still had us on the list for a table. within a couple minutes we got our table. I really feel they must have forgotten about us.

I love the rustic style and look. It’s is a very nice and clean place to stay. The staff are really friendly and take care of any needs.

We had to get a handicap room. We got one on the third floor it was great. But, the shower pan/floor wasn’t slanted enough or something because the water just ran right out of the shower pan and into the bathroom floor. I had to keep soaking up the water with a towel so it wouldn’t flood the bathroom

The restaurant is lovely and very clean, and the offerings seemed nice. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

The offering looked nice but there weren't much vegan options. We're not vegan, but have Alpha Gal Syndrome, a tick borne food allergy. Having some almond or oat milk would be nice, plus more tea varieties.

Absolutely beautiful historic property that has retained lots of unique items. Rooms were large and spacious. Nicely decorated. All rooms come with breakfast which we were told was grab and go. For grab and go it was really well stocked and the french toast and sausage were delicious. Great value for money and a good base to ride the New River Trail. There was a very nice commons room across from our room.

Note that double rooms are double beds. Mattresses were not the most comfortable. When the receptionist offers you ear plugs for the train noise take them. I like train sounds , but the train blows it's horn near the hotel and I wasn't prepared for that. The Hotel is right along the river, a short distance to the New River Trail and the historic town of Pulaski. Unfortunately Pulaski has not taken advantage of all that it has and there is nothing to offer in the town. We did not feel safe walking around. The staff let us keep our bikes in our room, but did say there was surveillance cameras on the parking lot if you are comfortable with that.

It is a beautiful hotel with a rustic industrial atmosphere. Friendly welcoming staff and clean room's. Nice change from your average chain hotel's.

The train that goes by the hotel is very loud and frequent in the morning hour's. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is questionable.

This property has been beautifully built, has great service from the staff, and is in a very quiet part of town-except for when the train comes through. I don’t mind trains, I actually loved having one right outside our window, and it only came by twice when we were at the hotel. You will hear some creaking floors, but honestly, it adds to the character of the place! I loved the whole experience! The bathroom and double sinks are so nice, as is the rest of the room! We will definitely be staying here again!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The amenities were excellent.

I placed a reservation in February/March for a suite. Two days prior to my stay, I was telephoned and informed that my suite had been given away to a coach with a baseball team, and that I would be downgraded to a King Room. I was provided a $10.00 discount for the inconvenience. The King Room was fine and accommodating. However, I just felt that I was a secondary guest since my room was given away to someone else without me having a say in the matter. I believe that if I had the reservation, and that my reservation was made first, I should get the room of my choice. This has never happened to me before. I believe that if Jackson Park Inn were to try it again on me, I would simply tell them that I would find another place to stay since my presence is not important to them!

Cleanliness, breakfast, and room....basically everything! Restaurant is good too!

It's about 15 minutes off the route that we travel frequently. Nothing to be done about that. Would like towel bars near the sinks.

Location was a bit surprising… seems the town is in process of coming back from death. Breakfast was adequate. The layout was lovely. Staff was top drawer! The building and rooms are just lovely.

Grilled salmon was overcooked. Woke up by noise of person walking and banging in room above me before 6am. Checked price through hotel and received NO discount going through Booking.
