Good location, nice amenities and clean.

Some stains on carpet. Front desk receptionist initially turned my husband and I away from checking in early but not too long afterwards allowed a man of a different race to check in early. Confronted receptionist about the discrepancy and was told that she had inquired with the custodial staff about our room being ready. However, I never told her my name for her to inquire specifically about our room. Felt mistreated and marginalized.

I did a last minute check in and my son is a huge plane buff. Asked for a room facing the airport and was upgraded to a suite because I was a member. I felt suoer special. That room was perfect and clean and nice. Breakfast was served daily and included with our rate so that was a plus. The hotel was ny a busy highway but the noise didn't bother me. Plus the winds changed and one evening all the planes flew over the hotel. My son was super happy and caught tons of great photos for his sister's blog.

On checking in, I had luggage but no one to help take it upstairs. I was not used to that. I had to push all my luggage on the trolley that was very ricketty on my own. I went from special service to carrying my own luggage. When I was leaving I wasn't told to be downstairs 10 minutes prior. Th shuttle was there at 530am and we had to get the said trolley ourselves. That took some time. We barely made it but thankfully the driver waited.

The staff are always amazing. The facility is always clean and free of unpleasant smells. We stay here every year.

The pillows are too soft and caused my neck and shoulders to hurt because there was no support. I woke up multiple times throughout the night with my head pretty much on the mattress. The water pressure is non-existent. My shower took twice as long because of how long it took to wash my hair. I just chose to use dry shampoo and not wash my hair for the rest of the stay.

Very accommodating. Always there when needed. Good breakfast.

Room had a slight musty oder but I assumed it.was since most visitors go for the beach and smells linger in rugs. But otherwise great.

our ac was so loud we had trouble sleeping===i did not say anything until we check out===they told me if i told them they would have changed our room

They staff was welcoming and frank was delightful...the rooms are huge the pics dont do them justice....the beds are so comfortable..the bath room is huge with a seperat vanity for me to do makeup and hair...everything was very clean...the indoor pool is awesome...and the breakfast was fabulous...there cinomon buns are out of this world....the maid service there was outstanding very friendly and when cleaning other rooms are so quite ....oir stay was so worth it that we will be back in few weeks!!😊ty holiday inn....

There wasnt anything we didnt like just wish we could check in earlyer since comeing in to town for work....

Everything frank is such a dream staff member he goes above and beyond to make sure you have wat you need and gets it done...everything is perfect..we stay the often in the same suite and everything is always perfect so much so im booking for my daughter and her husband to come in to town next month a must to stay at place ask for frankhes delightful ....thank u holiday inn...😊😊😊

Perfect....absolutly perfect...there should be more front desk staff like frank...hes a dream come true for the hotel bis...theres nothingbwe didnt like😃😃😃😃😃

Convenient location to where I was visiting. Easy to find and free parking. Also, the hotel offers free breakfast daily.

The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. What I didn't like was so minor that it's not worth mentioning however, i would definitely stay here again.

The facility was super clean, modern. Bed was super comfortable. I traveled with my 5 month old baby so I was really big on the room being clean and sanitary for my child and it exceeded my expectations. Great location 4 mins away from my work site. I will definitely stay here again if I have to go back to that site!

Everything else was exceptional as usual. Staff was phenomenal, beds were comfortable, facilities were clean, quiet and no unpleasant smells. This is why we continue to stay here time and time again. Please consider reopening the breakfast buffet so that we will continue to return!

The water pressure in the sink & shower was awful. It took twice as long to wash your hands & shower. I'm thinking this is an isolated issue because I've stayed multiple times & never had this problem. We were also very upset to see there is still no breakfast buffet. Everything is pretty much back to normal so there's no reason not to reopen the breakfast.
