This hotel was clean and quiet. Hotel staff was exceptional. They were super helpful. The location was nice there's a gas station and a few fast food restaurant within walking distance. Hotel was under renovation but was still clean and quiet. King room comfortably and spacious. It was a good alternative over staying on base. I will definitely be staying here again.

Only thing I didn't like was the pillows and maybe a few more options for breakfast.

Room was close to highway and road noise was very loud until after midnight. Heater was also very noisy and combined with the road noise made sleeping difficult. Hopefully there are rooms away from the highway side of the hotel that are quiet. I intend to stay at this hotel on my return trip.

Great location with some fast food options, easy on and off I95. The best part was Tesla charging right on site , we plugged in and were ready to roll in the morning!

The room was nice sized , but was not the cleanest. The fabric chair was really gross and the bedspread was dingy. Tub was also in need of a good scrub. Good enough for 1 nights stay ,price was right so wasn't expecting alot.

Hampton Inns are our "go to" for overnight stays in unfamiliar areas partly because they are generally located near the Interstate, but also because we can rely on them to be a good quality experience for a reasonable price. And this place met those standards except for some minor issues. When we looked for the ice and vending machines on the 3rd floor where we were staying, I found an ice machine that was off with a big sign that said "out of order". And there were no vending machines. I went back to the room to call the front desk and the phone did not work no matter what I tried. So I went down the staircase to the second floor and found an ice machine that worked and a soda machine that said "sold out". So, I got my ice and went down to the 1st floor where I found a working ice machine, a soda machine that didn't say "sold out" and a snack vending machine. At that time I didn't purchase anything as all I wanted was ice and to see what else was available. The room was very nice with all the amenities, but a few worn spots on the carpet which surprised me, but it obviously didn't cause a problem. The next morning when I turned on the shower I went to turn the adjustable dial for the various types of shower sprays and the dial fell off! I was able to get it back on, but could not adjust the spray at all. We went down to the hot breakfast which did not disappoint as they had everything someone might want including make your own waffles, omelets, sausage, cereal, toast, juice, muffins, oatmeal, etc. Before we left I went to use the lobby area men's room and the door did not lock! Kind of awkward if someone else decided to walk in since there was only one toilet, a sink and no urinal. So, overall everything was OK, with these minor annoyances. With inflation causing price increases, I expect to get what I pay for and this place didn't quite measure up to what I expected so thus the 4 star rating instead of 5.

The hotel is exactly where I needed to be and it is great shape. The staff was very professional, personable, and kind from the front desk to the cleaning personnel. The room was extremely clean and well kept.

Although the room was extremely clean, the water in the shower was at best summer camp warm. Had to make it a quick one as it appeared to be running colder.

Tanika, front desk staff member, was very friendly and helpful. She saw to it that i got a room on the quiet side when i told her that the room I had last week had a lot of road noise. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean.

The staff was very professional and friendly. I left my jacket in the closet and called the hotel to see if they could mail it to me. They did and received it in a few days. That was going above for me and was very appreciated. Just for that reason I would recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff.

This location was about half way on our trip and we always stay at Hampton Inns.

Tub area was a little worn but assume this would be part of the ongoing upgrade to the facility.

The grounds were great for our dog. It had a kind of walking trail around the property and next door property as well. It was great to take the pup for a nice long walk after being stuck in the car all day.

The breakfast provided offered more options, then expected ( waffles, oatmeal, yogurts, eggs and the standards). Cute and clean breakfast area. Service was friendly and helpful.

Front desk computers were slow. Took longer to check in than expected. But the attendant was friendly and courteous
