We always try to stay here if there are rooms available simply because the rooms are so nice, the layout makes for a peaceful nite so we don't hear noise in the halls when we are ready to turn in, the staff is always so friendly, and we have never had any issues or complaints that were not easily solved. I don't always book our stays, my significant other does so when we found our favourite hotel at a good price on booking we jumped at it.

The only issue I can find to comment on this time was that the bed was not as comfortable in our room as it has been on previous stays. We stayed in room 806 this time and the bed feels like perhaps it could be due for replacement soon.

I loved the location! It was close to the mall and other attractions. Lots of restaurants and eateries nearby and walking distance. Upon arrival when you check in you get two blue tickets per night stay towards a complimentary drink at the bar which was a very nice gesture.

So the hotel is on a one way. If you wanted to venture off to the shopping center, the next lot over, when you are ready to leave you’d have to go up the street to the light to make a U-Turn come all the way back down and around to get back to the hotel which is a bit annoying. Also it’s an older model embassy suites, so a lot of the furniture in the room had knicks and bumps in it. The walk in shower is like on a slope and I found it to be very slippery had there not been a handle bar inside. And the room phone is a hardwire and I couldn’t get A dial tone on either phone to connect to the front desk.

The hotel truly exceeded my expectations with its outstanding service and amenities. The complimentary evening drinks were a delightful way to unwind after a busy day, and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful – a great variety and quality that set the tone for the day ahead. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was warm and attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Breakfast was very large and excellent. Location is very close to subway location and next door to Chipotle and Chick fil-a. Across the street was Mcdonalds. Room was nice. parking was $10. Staff were good.

The noise from the happy hour (5:30-7:00pm) was a bit loud after 7. We could hear people on the 8th floor.

When we arrived there was a big group of school teenagers had just checked in and we were worried about the noise, but once we got it to our suite its was quite and comfortable, the bedroom gave us privacy from the living where our son was sleeping, the suite was clean and well maintained, the hotel got lots of parking space, nice cafe and restaurants around the Hotel.

location was amazing, hotel was nice and really well set up with all amenities we needed. loved the comp drinks and breakfast, omelette station is a game changer!

it was a bit dirty. noticed leftover food in the elevator from breakfast that someone had dropped in the corner and didn’t get removed until hours later. bathroom vent had dust build up like crazy in it. noticed areas of the carpets in the main spaces of the hotel where there was major dirt build up. could definitely use some TLC.

I've stayed here before. Each time has been an enjoyable experience.

I wish the breakfast had a little change in the days. I stayed 3 nights. Each breakfast was the exact same thing. While I do appreciate that breakfast is included in my stay. I did take advantage of it. I just wish there was something slightly different each morning.

Breakfast was amazing. Love the rooms and the amount of room we had. The atrium with all of the seating and tables was fantastic as well.

We were disappointed that this hotel did not have a hot tub. We stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and they had one. When using the booking.com website, I filtered by “hot tub”. It was a let down to go to the pool and see that the hot tub no longer exists.

It was very clean and nice, tv had basic channels and the room was basic but very comfortable. The breakfast also was nice they have an omelet station. The pool is very small I never got the chance to go in being it was always full from one family.

I wish that the gate entrance to the location actually worked so that people who go in the parking lot that do not stay at the hotel or pay are not taking up spots.

I like everything about my stay even staff, free breakfast for my two nights stay, ticket coupons for free drinks and my rooms . Also outside the hotel the other places surrounding the hotel.

The prices for the rooms and them saying I was upgraded to a more comfortable room which was a lie to me because all the rooms was the same no better!!
