location was amazing, hotel was nice and really well set up with all amenities we needed. loved the comp drinks and breakfast, omelette station is a game changer!

it was a bit dirty. noticed leftover food in the elevator from breakfast that someone had dropped in the corner and didn’t get removed until hours later. bathroom vent had dust build up like crazy in it. noticed areas of the carpets in the main spaces of the hotel where there was major dirt build up. could definitely use some TLC.

It was very clean and nice, tv had basic channels and the room was basic but very comfortable. The breakfast also was nice they have an omelet station. The pool is very small I never got the chance to go in being it was always full from one family.

I wish that the gate entrance to the location actually worked so that people who go in the parking lot that do not stay at the hotel or pay are not taking up spots.

The complementary breakfast was delicious! Loved the made-to-order omelette! Our two room booking was super cozy and comfortable. Excellent blackout shades and adequately quiet despite being near the ice machine. (Helpful that the bedroom is tucked a room away from the entry room/family room, which is closest to the elevators and ice machine). Loved the sunshine from the atrium, the fountains and the green plants in the main part of the hotel. The free happy hour was fun, too!

We waited an hour for our hotel room to be ready for check in, even though it was supposed to be ready by then. I had to keep going up to the front desk to check the status on it since at first they promised a 30 minute wait or less, but never updated me when that didn’t happen. Every time I went up there, they had a different answer : the cleaning staff had been in a meeting, we are trying to reach the boss, etc. I wish they would have kept me posted as time went by, or just given us a different room to stay in from the start. It’s hard waiting an hour when you’re pregnant and exhausted!

Well appointed rooms, fun happy hour 'vibe', helpful staff. Location was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Pool was enjoyed by my youngest. Would stay here again.

Nothing...except that it took me 3 days to realize there were 2 tickets for 2 drinks each night...my mistake!

I absolutely loved how child friendly the atmosphere was! The staff was super friendly! The breakfast and dinner was good as well! The bar tenders were on point with the drinks! Happy hour for the win!

Honestly, I don't have any complaints. Just wish I could have stayed longer. Maybe extend the happy hour ;-) Oh! Didn't really like how chilly it was in the pool area. But that was about it. We adjusted.

This is our second stay in 2 weeks. As always, friendly and accommodating staff. Fun family environment! Happy hour is always a hit and the food doesn't disappoint.

This stay, our toilet didn't flush well. Sometimes it wouldn't flush at all. The fridge smelled and housekeeping opened our door while we were inside, even with the sound of our children laughing.

This is by far one the best hotels I've stayed at recently. We had a birthday weekend planned and I got the executive suite. The suite was absolutely amazing. Spacious, great price, well lit, comfortable bed and even a sofa bed. It felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was really nice also. Hot and fresh! The pool was chilly but still fun and we enjoyed our time. Stay was also very nice and helpful!

The ladies at the front desk could not have been more welcoming! So incredibly kind and made sure to include our two young sons in every conversation. My boys absolutely loved Serra (I believe that's her name)!! My oldest has now asked for 4 nights at this hotel for his birthday because he can't wait to go back. Our room was super clean and comfortable. Exactly as pictured. The pool is well-kept and provided much-needed entertainment since it rained for our trip. Breakfast was delicious. You can't get a better bang for your buck. Everyone was so nice!! We will absolutely be using this hotel for all of our DC trips!!

The worst part was leaving.

Great location if attending aconcert at Wolf Trap and located near a mall and lots of restaurants. Excellent customer service from check-in receptionist, to bartender, to checkout.Good room size, modern design, and comfortable bed. Breakfast wasnt great but good variety of foods to select from and omelet station was satisfying. Love the open space lounge and dining area.

No room service for food at night

My husband said the breakfast was good.

Had requested a bathroom with a walk in shower. Got a wheelchair accessible room with a tub. It did have handrails but since I was staying at your hotel following treatment of back pain, it wasn’t ideal.
