Very accomodating re: need to change the room. Extremely friendly, courteous, and clean. Everyone was always smiling! Housekeeping staff very helpful. Breakfast simple but good and plentiful with enough variety.

Doors slamming all hours of the day and night! Can they be adjusted or can people on checkin be told to be mindfull of slamming doors?

I liked the fact that I could cook dinner for my family on the grill that was a nice fixture outside

.I didn't like the fact that I had to wait to use the 2 grill was being used at the same time one family was uses both grills and every else had to wait to use the grills. It needs to be more available grill for such a extremely large hotel and only 2 grills on your property this issue that I have needs to be corrected asap because if your hotel is going to offer this as option for you to be cooking option only it needs to be more available grill or a hot plates build into you kitchenettes rooms to help customer's like myself have more cooking options would be appreciated because me as a customer I love cooking for my family on our stay home vacations.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful .

The pool i felt needed to be clean , breakfast got a little dirty ( someone had spilled i guess juice so the floors were sticky and they didn’t really clean that up until breakfast was over but during i just felt icky having to step on it , bc there was no way around it )

The location of this property is excellent a few minutes away from the Potomac Mills where there is great shopping and food! Stay away from Bahama breeze unless you like dry wings and hard rice

The breakfast offering needs improvement its much to be desired. Overall I enjoyed this hotel, clean pretty the rooms are equipped nicely for families with kids kitchen utensils a decent size fridge. My family and I spent 3 nights here and we felt at home

The room had everything! It was like being at home. Had superior microwave and fridge, even had a dishwasher! Parking was good, the pool was great.

Breakfast wasn’t the best. Breakfast sandwiches and bagels were tough and frittatas weren’t very warm.

Our stay was short but perfect. Check in was easy, staff was sweet, great for pets - didn't hear other dogs! The location was great meaning near alot of public restaurants, stores etc (we don't like places off the beaten path). Room was def clean and had what we needed. We didn't get to stay for breakfast so we can't comment on that.

All of the front desk people were wonderful! I did not catch all of their names but the sweetest friendliest people. Always willing to help even when we needed toilet paper at midnight! Cracked a joke or two and always said hello and asked what they could do to help!

Mattress wasn’t that comfy

The young lady that checked me in was absolutely amazing. She even made sure after we had an issue with the doors not working to let us in the room. Once I got in my room she came upstairs and checked to make sure we were OK. Great customer service.

Everything was wonderful

The staff was proactive about my concerns. She took care of what I asked for and I was able to get some restful sleep. Thank you.

The walls from the floor above is thin so you can hear the running and walking of guests upstairs.
