This hotel was recently renovated and it shows. Beauty, clean, bright, and with many new amenities like a gym and indoor pool. The rooms are VERY spacious and have microwave and fridge! There was a wide variety of hot food available for breakfast buffet. The staff was also very nice and helpful!

Our room was not made up after our second night. We told them and therefore asked front desk that evening for extra towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other items we needed since our room hadn't been made. But we only recieved some towels. The day after we arrived, four huge bus loads of student color guard teams arrived. So, I think they were simply inundated and overwhelmed with this group and that's why our room and items got forgotten that day.

when I arrived, the desk clerk was very kind. She allowed me to check out my room to make sure I was satisfied.  I was pleased. 

The only thing I wish they would have done. Because it was Mother’s Day weekend, I think they should have fresh flowers in the dining area with some type of decoration because it was Mother’s Day weekend. The bed that I slept in the mattress was slightly worn in, but I still slept comfortable.  I think doing a holiday season decor. It was really look nice in there. Perhaps for memorial day and the next several holidays, your decor will reflect the holiday.  One last thing, your staff at the desk should greet the customers by introducing themselves.

I immediately noticed how clean it was so half the battle was already won! Everything in the room worked and I loved the window treatment which allowed you to conveniently let light in without necessarily exposing the room to the outside.

The only annoyance I had was out of the hotel’s control…the windows facing the road are exposed to a business that has a pack of dogs who bark a lot during the day, all day. So, if you plan to stay in your room and/or you need quiet, you may be dissatisfied.

Breakfast was fine - I always try to eat a lighter breakast so I had toast and coffee but there were other foods available for those wanting a heartier first meal of the day. I like being able to get in and out quickly. A sit down meal takes too much time getting served, waiting for check, etc

Not the hotel’s fault but ppl allowing young kids to run in and out of the food area - or holding up the line bc kids wanna get their own plates.

The staff was so welcoming every time we entered and exited the hotel. I felt like there was a great relationship that was encouraged by IHG to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. I really appreciated that! I love the scent released throughout the hotel, and the rooms are inviting.

I love many things about Holiday in Express. I will continue to make my accommodations with IHG Hotel. Some small suggestion that I know will raise the bar even higher are: There wasn't any flavored creamers for coffee, no salsa packets provided with the breakfast meals. Those things help the quality of the breakfast service to not seem more comforting. These are very small things that add a big touch. Also the light in the elevators made the elevators seem dark. When we walk into this bright hotel with smiling face it feels great, then when you step into the dark elevator it feels like you have to fight to hold onto that bright moment you just had. A Lively atmosphere makes a difference in how people feel during their stay.

Location was very convenient for our need. The bed was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the hot breakfast offered was above average.

Expected to find a disposable dirty laundry bag in the room but there wasn't one. The refrigerator didn't work. There wasn't an extra blanket in the room - had to ask the front desk for one.

Front desk was very friendly and accommodated me moving rooms. Food was good for free hotel breakfast. The juice machine was broken but that’s not enough for a bad review.

Hot and good my husband participated I did not but he had no complaints

The only thing I didn't like is the room above us had a person with heavy feet that actually sounded like stumping every morning. I doubt it was purposely done. But the walking across the floor sounded like hard stomping.

The breakfast was good and the kitchen staff was very helpful. The location was great there were a variety of places to go while you stayed their. Overall the hotel was great. The check in staff was great also.

I wish I was on a lower floor because the room above me some how did a lot of walking very early in the morning. I assumed they were leaving very early but overall no serious concerns. Some else I want to bring to your attention why isn't there no channels like TVLAND, Me TV as well as Antenna in your tv select. Don't get me wrong this was a suggestion if it is workable in your hotel chain.

Staff was great.

The room was a bit dingy. The bathroom floor looked dirty and I dislike those magnet cloth shower curtains. They can be quite germy and always seem low budget. Also you could hear the people walking in the room above us. Very loud. Kept us up until 2 am.
