The room was clean, mattress and pillows were to our liking. Restful nights sleep. The AC unit was quiet and did not disturb our sleep. Very nice room!

The breakfast folks were very accommodating serving portions of breakfast onto plates, but a line developed and people were not happy. Would be better to have self serve and alleviate the serving for the two employees to focus on food quality. The king bed suites should be on the front of the building and not the back viewing a storage facility. The back door entrance area could use some cleaning up.

Very clean. Beds are so comfortable after a long day of traveling. Easy check in and check out. Parking for truck hauling boat.

The only thing I would really change is test outlets as some were not working to plug in phone charger. Also bathrooms could use a rack for hand towels, there is only 1 hook on back of bathroom door and no other place to hand a hand towel.

Location great, right off the interstate. Room was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and A/C worked well. Did not participate in the breakfast but looked like a variety of selections. Pool area was heated and clean. Plenty of counter space in bathroom. Found a great little restaurant on the other side of town called Grayson's Restuarant. Good food and staff very friendly.

Shower was nice and hot, but I would have liked a little bit more pressure (but that's just personal preference).

We stopped here on the way down to Parris Island to pick up our son from Marine bootcamp. We wanted a clean and comfortable place to crash after driving 12 hours. This place was perfect. In fact, we liked it so much we stayed here again on the way back. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. They actually had a breakfast attendant who went above and beyond his job description.

Not one thing.

Desk attendants were very nice. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. They offered cookies at night and coffee 24/7.

The bathroom toilet was loose at the base as well as the toilet seat. The room was nice size and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was poor. The eggs, sausage and grits were luke warm. The attendant served the food and she definitely had an attitude. She made my toast and it wasn't even toasted. Would recommend you eat breakfast elsewhere.

I loved the breakfast option, the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever had. The room smelled very clean, and the overall experience was lovely.

The hot tub was not hot and smelled a bit of mildew. There were also no towels in the pool area and we had to walk upstairs soaking wet, dripping everywhere.

Breakfast serving woman was rude to guests. Scolded people who didn't see a sign and walked behind her serving table or touched something they shouldn't touch. Sat down in available seats among guests every time no one was in line, then was angry when folks walked up to food tables and helped themselves. She would better serve the public in laundry or something.

Breakfast was bangin. The staff was super friendly. Everything was neat and clean. I loved the book light by the beds attached to the lamps.

My one big issue and really the only issue I had at all was with the wake-up calls. We would ask to be woke up at a specific time and wouldn't recieve the call until an hour later then the time we asked for. From my understanding it was an automated thing so what I'm thinking could've happened is where the time changed the automated system didn't.

Room had enough space and linens to accommodate our family of 5. Laundry facility on site was convenient as one of our kiddos wasn't feeling the greatest.

We wished breakfast was available a little longer. After a long day on the road, we slept in a little and by the time we made it downstairs (9:20am), breakfast was over.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable.

There was 3 in our family, so we got a room with a king bed and a sofa pull out for our daughter...There were no extra linens our blankets in the room for the pull out bed, so we had to call the front desk and ask for them. They were provided, but we had to go retrieve them at the front desk.
