They put me on a top floor which I am beyond grateful for being that I was by myself. The hotel was so clean, check in and check out was easy, Scott the hotel desk receptionist was nice and professional. I felt safe and comfortable! Breakfast was tasty. No complaints!

There is nothing I didn’t like. The parking was crowded at night time but it’s a nice hotel so it personally didn’t bother me that much.

All employees were great except the girl at the desk on Saturday morning with orange hair. She was very rude to multiple people and always on her cell phone

Just wanted you to know your desk clerk "Scott" is truly an asset to your company. He not only changed our room but scanned the room for items that we had left behind! We found them on our door! Thank You so much!

The hotel is very conscious of covid and follows the guidance given, The hotel is very clean, well lit and in a beautiful peaceful spot of the county. My guests explained that they loved the down pillows and that, the bed was very comfortable. The shower is roomy. They loved the breakfast and the ease of the serving area. They have a wonderful workout area also

I didn't care for the fact that they will not allow local residents of the town to stay there. I had out of town family that I wanted to stay here and I pay for the room. They informed me that all the hotels locally do not allow local residents to stay. The reason given is that they steal everything and destroy the room. This info is not written or disclosed on this website. The hotel staff informed me that is a third party and we don't have any control over what they do. So, I would want people to know that -because you may have booked a non-refundable night.

The newness and the atmosphere.

There was only one towel for my husband and I. We could have called and had them deliver another towel but I don't like to inventory a room before settling down for the night. My side of the bed was not cleaned. Drink rings and something sticky on the table. The power box was unplugged and no one had cleaned under the table in quite awhile. For a new hotel it is a shame that stains aren't removed from the shower bathroom area. Cleanliness is fair for this room.

The property was perfect. The location, the staff, the rooms, the pool, the breakfast, the cleanliness...I mean, what didn't I like about it???

I loved everything about it

The location was good. The facility was clean and the bathroom as well as shower were nice. Front check in was nice and did offer us water when we arrived. We routinely travel in this area around 3 times a year and stay at a hotel.

My only disappointment was the breakfast was not good and there was coffee for breakfast but no creamer?? We checked in at 2:30am there was a sign on the elevator door stating there was coffee available 24/7. When my husband asked for coffee he was told "coffee is not available to guests until 4am". When you spend over two hundred dollars per night at a hotel please have coffee with creamer available to the guests if not 24/7 then at least at breakfast.

We like hard floors-no carpet. Clean air that has no smell and is not a "wet" air- dry bedding..

Breakfast is just average but not bad. really nothing we didn't like.

location cleanliness friendly staff

we were on the highway side and the noise of the trucks and Jake breaks were crazy loud all night. the lady at the front desk said that is a common complaint
