Clean, recently renovated room Quiet

Unsure if there was breakfast. Website had indicated there was a continental breakfast but no signs of it anywhere

I had a very productive stay here. On the positive side, the room is spacious and well-maintained, with convenient amenities like a fridge, stove, and microwave. (However, the lack of utensils may be a drawback for guests who want to prepare or serve their own food.) The staff were very friendly and helpful. The residence itself is quiet and restful. There are nearby options for food and drink, and a Target for picking up essentials. The hotel's location near the freeway is convenient. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant and efficient stay with very few drawbacks. Its location near the local commercial districts may be a draw for some guests who appreciate having a few businesses and amenities nearby.

The freeway running outside is good for getting around the region, but it can also be noisy during rush hours. I had to keep the window closed – not really an issue. Additionally, while downtown Bellevue is within walking distance, it may be a bit of a trek for some guests. Be aware you’re not right in the heart of the tourist part of Seattle.

Everything was excellent

I stayed in the room a second night. Desk set it up through Bookings.com. No refresh service nor was it required VERY UNHAPPY that I was charged $50.00 for ‘early check in’ fee. WE NEVER LEFT THE ROOM!!! Way outta line!! I respectfully request that you remove $50.00 from my second bill. Other than that wrankling issue. Everything was better than expected. The staff was very welcoming, the facilities were clean and comfortable. The location is convenient and even peaceful. I saw bunnies in the back parking lot on the way to Target - which I could walk to within a few minutes from Extended Stay. I love that feature - driving gets stressful in a new place.

I have no complaints. The card readers for a couple of the outside entrances were a little buggy, but the room key never failed and I did not mind walking a few extra steps to get inside.

Staff was super friendly from the get go. The next morning when I left my room to go to the free breafast bar, the cleaning lady and other staff met along the way were very enthusiastic. Bed was comfy and not overly soft where I am sinking into the bed. The room was nicely renovated and the washroom was very clean. I honestly like the hardwood floors over traditional carpet. Spacious room.

The hot water in the bathroom wasn't very hot mid shower.

Location is convenient to access to where our family wants to go to; Staffs are pretty friendly;7 Room cleanliness and comfortable for our rest after whole day travelling

No coffee or tea in the room. Not expensive, but we think instant coffee or tea bags should be provided each room;

The ladies at the front desk helped me with my uber app on my phone. Extremely friendly and helpful. The room is extended stay. Has a mini kitchen in room.

There could have been a quick food store or restaurant right outside the motel. But there is a food store and a couple restaurants within a reasonable walk. Tough to complain. Google and look at the map before you travel.

The staff was very welcoming, especially Brianna, she was the one that checked in me and my friends. The hotel is a little bit far from Bellevue downtown, but it's very close to target, chipotle and Dave & Buster's. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall, me and my friends had a nice stay.

The room and the hotel in general were very clean. The stuff was helpful. The materace and the bedding were comfortable. Target and other shops are right across the road. Big shopping mall is in 20-25 minutes walking.

The walls are very thing. If somebody wakes up at 3 a.m. and starts showering, you can hear very loud water flow noise and wake up as well. And I still don't know how to open the windows if they open in general.

I have stayed at quite a few extended stay By far Bellevue is the most relaxing Hotel I stayed in. The young lady that was working on the counter from 3 to 11 she is the best very cooperative, She is a wonderful person! She is the one that makes me come back there. I also had the opportunity to talk to the GM manager what a wonderful person She actually took time to listen. Jeffrey
