Staff were friendly, location was good. Over all evening thing was good.

We arrived late at night and fell sleep right away. When we woke up the next day we found a bottle of soft drink half way full, and some smoking ashes in the drawer by the bed. Looks like last person didn't even check those drawers.

We like the place as we have stayed here before. It is great for our dog. Food was good. Staff was very helpful.

We have happily stayed here several times over the last few years. This time, the facilities were kind of run down. A number of items need fixing or replaced. On their behalf, they were upgrading one end of the complex, but I ran into lights that did not work, and other things that needed attention that could have been fixed easily with a good maintenance person . I thought the parking charge was uncalled for considering the location and the abundance of available parking spots. I was concerned about the cost of bringing a dog. $100 was excessive considering what services we got for the money. I would still stay here, (everything considered), but they need to fix some things and rethink their add-on prices.

The rooms were very clean, a great size, with a decent size shower that I didn't have to crouch to use which is always nice. Breakfast was very nicely done. It had a great variety of foods for everyone to enjoy. The lady who was in charge of the breakfast area was always on top of any needs, keeping it stocked and clean, asking if anyone needed anything, she was wonderful.

The pool was very small, and not a regulation temperature. The hours were also rather short, would have liked to be able to use it either first thing in the morning to start the day, or late in the evening after spending all day on my feet. A hot tub would have also been nice.

It was clean and open by the reception area. They had special flavored water and sometimes cookies available for free. The hotel was full so most of the time the cookies were gone or kids took several so not the hotel's fault. Breakfast was nice- several options both warm and cold. I would recommend a tip jar instead of tip requests at every table sign. The person running the breakfast was working hard and fast due to high number of guests. The pool was nice- nothing special but a nice pool good temperature. Cleaning staff was very kind and helpful.

The pool was front and center with many windows so lots of traffic and lookers. Maybe breakfast waffles or muffins options better then just two types.

Comfortable size of room which can accommodate a family of 3 easily, parking and complimentary breakfast. Room has a mini fridge and microwave oven which helps to keep some eating options in the room especially in bad weather conditions which we faced many times

No room cleaning which is understandable due to COVID 19 situation Parking pass should be obtained in the beginning. I wasn't aware of that. Fortunately, I got to know in between the stay and no damage was done like towing away, fines etc.

Clean, and convenient

The breakfast ends waaay too early. The serving area is too small. It felt like we were herded along and fingering for the last crumbs😒. Within our 10 days stay, we were early enough to get breakfast 1 time only. I’m not expecting breakfast to be available all day long, yet, keep in mind that not everyone has the same 8-5 schedule. Dinner hours were also not so convenient with too little choices.

We enjoyed our stay. The little pool was always warm and the breakfast had good variety. The rooms were clean but a bit stuffy. The location was excellent for us to quickly have access to local parks, restaurants, and shopping. The a few of the staff were a bit strange at times, but overall they were awesome. I would stay here for price and cleanliness for another family trip.

The location is ideal for visiting Seattle. The hotel is whisper quiet, the staff is warm and friendly. Barry greeted me with a smile and gave me directions to the ice machine. A very nice AA lady with long dark hair assisted me with check out, her demeanor was outgoing and professional.

The room needed to be vacuumed more thoroughly. There was debris under the bed. The left valance had fallen from the curtain rod. Trash cans were plentiful in the room but the liners weren’t in place.

It was very clean and comfortable.

What really upset me was I booked this hotel for the pool specifically even though it was $10 more a night compared to another hotel. When we got there they said the pool was under maintenance but it never said that on the website. It was a simple sorry and that’s all. I was tempted to switch hotels but had young kids with me and it would’ve made it more hectic

Clean, comfortable, spacious room. The breakfast that was provided had options for everyone, including gluten free and vegan.

This hotel met our expectations in every way. For some reason our room was missing the mini fridge. The staff immediately addressed this when we brought it to their attention, even offering to change our room. They did bring us a new fridge for our room.
