Hampton Inn & Suites Bellevue Downtown/Seattle

We had 2 suite rooms for 5 adults (1 was 6 m pregnant) 2 kids. Hot water lasted more then 5 min. Which was nice after spending 6 hrs walking around at the zoo. Beds were great. Pool area nice and clean. Breakfasts were ok. Shopping across the street to gather food etc so we didn't have to eat out.

Sofa beds were not comfortable. Not much choice for breakfast. The standard waffle/mini ones are always great. I would of put sausage gravy in the huge oatmeal vat and that would of been ate up fast.

The location of this hotel was excellent. It was within walking distance of a Target, REI, Dave and Busters and some other stores. The hotel was also very close to downtown Bellevue and only a 15 minute drive to Seattle downtown area. It did have a parking fee but it was quite reasonable compared to downtown Seattle. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was incredible.

everything was great, except for pool situation

The pictures online of your pool make it look a LOT bigger than it is. That was one of the reasons I chose this hotel, for a large pool. I took my 3 year old granddaughter down to swim and the pool was already full of Mexican children. There must have been at least 8 in there, and their parents were not controlling their kids. Their kids were intentionally splashing my 3 year old in the face. They basically took over the pool WITH their parents approval. I was pissed. With such a small pool you should really consider blocking out time frames and having guests reserve time (with just a few swimmers)

Overall my stay was pleasant, loved the room, I was very productive.

My room was over the pool area, that was not so great. I was there for quiet and the children shouting and screaming in the pool echoed straight into my room.

Great location with a few stores in walking distance. Breakfast was good. Wasn’t a huge fan of the eggs, but everything else, such as fresh fruit, waffles, yogurt, bagels, etc… was very good.

The beds were not that comfortable. My husband and I were a little sore when we woke up. I would request them upgrading their beds in the near future, and change out or do a thorough cleaning of the box spring mattress, due to heavy stains. Didn’t quite understand the need of paying for parking, I guess they have their reasons for adding that charge.

The location is perfect. It was very close to lots of restaurants and the freeway was just around the corner from it.

The room smelled like a wet dog. This was a problem the last time I stayed here. I had to end up buying room spray from the store to tolerate it during my stay. I would 100% recommend them to deep clean the carpets.

We had a shot trip of first time to Seattle and accommodation in Hampton Inn was really joyful with a very reasonable price. We enjoyed having American type breakfast there, extremely delicious.

Everything was perfect regarding the Inn & Suites services as we expected due to being part of the Hiltons and even the location in Bellevue was amazing.

The service, free parking, and complimentary breakfast. Suggestions: 1. A caution sign or label should be displayed around the wafer maker. Clients should be advised to hold/touch the waffle handle only. 2. The breakfast scramble egg was fantastic. We suggest not to add harm to the scrambled egg to accommodate your vegetarian clients.

The morning staff was top notch service at it's best. I will be coming back there real soon. I recommend anyone wanting a first class experience. The breakfast and hospitality was top notch! Thanks Shawn for being so cool. We loved our stay there and are planning on staying there for a while again very soon. Beautiful and clean. It is my favorite hotel under $200.

We had liked this hotel so much that we kept extending our stay every morning for over two weeks and then one morning, we were told that we had to check out because they were sold out of rooms. We should of been given a courtesy call and asked if we would of liked to extend our stay before they were sold out. We have a lot of equipment that we travel with because of our job so it was a burden to pack up last minute, while trying to find a nearby hotel that had an early check in. Yes, we should of reserved it the night before, but after two weeks of doing it in the morning, we didn't think it would of been an issue, plus I figured we would of been given a heads up. That was our only issue and that was a slip on our part. We absolutely loved it there.

Loved being on the top floor no neighbor or hallway noise able to go to sleep and stay asleep the location was great just far enough from Seattle to give us a break from the city chaos and head back the next morning to experience some more. Breakfast selection was great. The had a large variety to choose from.

We didn't have enough time to try out the pool, and we didn't see a hot tub.
