Very clean, spacious room and decent breakfast

The front desk manager was a bit discourteous during check-in. Maybe he was having a bad day. The staff at breakfast was working hard to take away dirty plates. However, they were subsequently preparing scrambled eggs without washing hands /changing gloves.

Property was beautiful, modern, clean and nice continental breakfast.

Shampoo and body wash were nearly empty upon checking in with 5 people (luckily we brought our own) and there was no bedding for the sofa pullout. We were able to get limited bedding after two calls the first night and never did receive the reminder after asking at the desk 3 times and asking the housekeepers.

Clean, convenient and well equipped room. We liked the healthy breakfast and we cooked in the room.

The sofa bed was too soft. It gave us a backache. The other thing is about the billing. I booked the hotel stay with free cancellation on booking.com, but the hotel charged my credit card 3 weeks before I arrived.

Spotless room in excellent condition. Fantastic breakfast in a wonderful dining area that looked like more like a high-end bar lounge.

Had to unexpectedly pay for parking, but it was at least less than I would've expected to pay for the area.

Clean and nice location. Beds were great which is the most important part of a hotel. Breakfast was very good (except latte machine takes like powdered milk). Price was reasonable.

There was no room to park a truck (garage too short) and no place on the street. They had no provision for trucks and offered no assistance. My husband waited in the vehicle over an hour on the street until a car left. Room was nice but strange with no table in open kitchen area (just an empty spot where one was supposed to be), no ability to keep just one reading light on (both or none), one light stwitch controlled most of the room. Clean and new but cheap design. Expected better with Westin name attached.

The location was awesome, within a very short drive to great food spots. Kids loved the thrifting at the Goodwill nearby! The pool was a bit small but plenty of room for the hubby and son to splash around. The staff were exceptionally accommodating!

More gluten free breakfast items.

We've stayed here before, it's a new property close to Redmond. Great facilities throughout. This time, the hotel refunded our stay because our flights were canceled due to hurricane, even though we had booked non-refundable fare. Thumbs up for great customer service!

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel is very clean, The kitchenette is perfect. It has everything we need. I like the location. It would be better if there is complimentary free parking for the guests. I booked it through booking.com.

It was a modern clean hotel with a fantastic breakfast and a great location. Tons of restaurants within walking distance.

Windows cannot be opened in the room. I prefer intake of fresh air without using air conditioner.
