Dinner at the Steak House was AMAZING!! The staff went above and beyond to cater to our requests and made suggestions that were wonderful!! The manager should be given kudos!! Perfect dining experience for our anniversary!!

The girl that checked us in barely even smiled and I felt like she didn't even want us there. She didn't offer any information and any replies to my questions were one word answers with no smile. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for years, I was really disappointed. Angel of the Winds practically rolls out a red carpet for their guests and they always make me feel special. I will probably stay there next time bc of this. Also the fact that there is no room service available or a way to charge to your room is inconvenient as a hotel guest.

They made an effort to get us the room we wanted (top floor, North Tower). Next time we know to request an even numbered room.... the view is better, but the odd number rooms still have a decent view of the mountains). Love the showers in the North Tower rooms. They upgraded the tablets in the rooms and ours even had a Bluetooth speaker bar. This was an unexpected treat. The room was either very well insulated or we had no one in the surrounding rooms. Either way, it was really quiet.

The bed wasn't exactly the most comfy. That's really the only drawback. If I was forced to be more critical, I guess I could say the pillows could stand to be more supportive... and larger. The pillows seemed on the small side.

The breakfast in the restaurant was very good. our second morning we had a bakery item and coffee. Imagine our surprise when we found out buying a pastry gave us a free coffee or tea, any size! Your bakery had the best pastries I have seen in all my travels. All I can say is, Wow.

Your interior design in the rooms is beautifully done. The furniture items were naturally a little scuffed. With a little paint or stain, it would extend the life of the furniture and the freshness of the rooms. Our door was very squeaky, room 321, but a little WD 40 would be an easy fix. Your rooms are extremely sound proof and very quiet

I had asked for handicap room near the elevator which I got raised toilet seat which we got, but couldn’t use the shower it wasn’t a walk in one I can’t raise my legs to climb the bath tub

Miss not getting a coupon for breakfast also we had a situation on our floor someone screaming that someone was trying to kill her please help she was screaming Security was dealing with it and certainly not the hotel fault But it left me uneasy for the rest of the day No one checked if we’re doing O.K

The shower was nice and unique. The beds, curtains, carpet and dresser were clean and welcoming/comfortable. Checking in was simple and I liked that there was a fridge, coffee maker, and tea included in the room.

There was what appeared to be some sort of red stain (perhaps blood) on the decorative pillow on one of the beds. The decorative pillows felt somewhat unnecessary because they were itchy/uncomfortable as well. We ended up just taking them off the bed.

Staff was very helpful throughout the stay. Our waitress, Cindy, at the cafe where we ate was exceptional. She went out of the way to make the meal pleasant for my grandchildren. We did take advantage of The Barista coffee stand. The staff there was very friendly and wonderful. It was a great get-a-way for my family.

I emailed the facility through Booking.com to ask about in-room fridge and early check-in. I did not get a response. The description of the room I thought I booked had a couch and some other amenities but instead the room we were given was a very small double queen room. With two adults and two small children, we were very crowded. We were disappointed at the limited options for dining. Only one choice, I think it was called the Red River Cafe. We did take advantage of The Barista coffee stand. The staff there was very friendly and wonderful.

Most of your staff were pleasant with the exception of one employee at the cafe. I left a comment sheet for her with my phone number.

Breakfast buffet no longer. This was the main reason I booked at your hotel. The other food places such as panasia and steak restaurant not open on the days we were there. Hoping this will change. Area in and outside of the elevator very dirty.

The room was clean and well appointed. The casino was clean and there were plenty of player choices. The only downside was that the air conditioning was quite cool. Had breakfast in the restaurant, it was good and the food arrived promptly - the server Cheryl was a lovely person. All in all a nice little getaway.

Just that the air conditioning in the casino was quite chilly.

Spending a little extra to stay at the hotel is more than worth it. Silver Reef is the only hotel we feel comfortable staying in. The security is top notch and the staff trustworthy. The rooms are very neat, clean and HUGE. No hotel has cleaner bedding. All sundries are well stocked and high quality, and the giant plush towels are actually white! I ordered a $10 veggie calzone from Pizzanini that was as big as a medium sized pizza and stuffed beyond belief. My girlfriend and I ate half of it and were full. The other half made a great lunch the next day. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The bartenders are expert chemists and happy to suggest a drink if you're undecided. The Reef is the only hotel I can recommend to friends knowing that they will have an great time at a decent price.

Most of the restaurants were closed. The blackjack and roulette tables were closed. It's a completely different atmosphere when the tables are not manned by the friendly staff. The human element makes it feel like a real casino. I didn't feel like staying long with just the slots running, which either saved me money or kept me from winning big - depending on Lady Luck. Not the casino's fault as I'm sure it was due to the tiresome covid drama show.

The most capable and friendly staff at the restaurant in the casino. The steak dinner was excellent and I have continued patronizing there when ever I visit your facilities.

Hmmmm...can't recall having a bad thought or time while I was staying at the hotel or playing in the Silver Reef Casino and continuing to do it at present day.
