Friendly staff, but they didn't seem to care about any COVID protocols. Staff never wore masks unless they saw you coming. Rooms are average, decent size and beds comfortable. Hotel close to the freeway and some eating, shopping options.

I stayed here about six years ago and it seems like the hotel is in a slow decline. After talking with another I got the impression that the hotel is renting rooms to indigent, social service cases, alongside renting to travelers. While I respect the social good work, it's not the situation I trust when traveling. I won't be staying here on my next visit to Bellingham. Based on other hotels I've stayed in during the rest of my trip, I'd say it's over-priced.

Everything was great! The staff was very helpful and friendly.

This was not the hotel fault. We were approached by homeless on drugs while my husband was on the smoking bench. I have sympathy for the homeless, however they were on something being confrontational. Again this is a national crisis and not the hotel.

Conveniently located near freeway and shopping centers. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The outside aroud the hotel was upkept and clean. The lobby was very clean and presentable and the front office staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

Kinda loud at night if you have the window open because you are right next to a major road.

The location was very convenient and the breakfast were good as long as you got there before it was all gone. The 3 Rd floor was freshly repainted and they were in the process of repainting the 2nd floor.

The bathroom had a strong musty smell. I believe it was coming from the shower curtain.

Vending machines had snacks, but limited food choices. Property could use some refreshing--seems a little "dated" in public areas, but clean.

Clean, staff was great, bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Wifi was good and appreciated the lights in the parking lot. Felt safe in the room.

Felt less safe outside. Breakfast had limited options. Paid just a little less than another place with more options. Lighting on the bathroom was low.

It was old and dirty for the price. I’d expect it to be quite a bit cheaper than Holiday Inn Express down the road with a full hot breakfast and brand new facilities

location and very affordable. clean and simple. goo TV channels. wifi. quiet. breakfast was a hot coffee or water for tea k on t decaf. and a bag of water and fruit and pastry and egg McMuffin I took to my room and heated up with microwave. and it was nice. and I had some on my flight to Sam Jose.

It was a good room for its price. The bathroom and bed were exceptionally clean. The carpet was surprisingly clean as well. Can't say the same about the chair, but it's totally ok for me. The location is great - right near Cordata bus station. There are some restaurants around where you can grab a nice lunch or dinner.

Noise insulation is quite poor, so you can sometimes hear people talking in the corridor or occasionally even from other rooms at night. Not a problem for me though, I had a good sleep. But for some people it might be minus.
