I chose this hotel based on the price and i was expecting the bare minimum. It really exceeded my expectations! The staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. The room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was very good. I was concerned about it being so close to the freeway and worried about the road noise. But the windows were well insulated and the room was quiet. It is not a fancy hotel but it's an excellent value.

It's hard to come up with negatives based on my stay. The two things that were even mildly disappointing were 1) the location isn't ideal with it located between the freeway and a strip mall and 2) they ran out of oatmeal at breakfast. But, again, these classify as disappointments and not problems.

The Heritage is close to the freeway access, which is very nice. Once you go into your room and close the door, you don’t hear traffic or any other noise. The rooms at the heritage are exceptionally quiet and comfortable. I will definitely use them again, but I will never booked through you again.

I did not like that the heritage was forced to call me while I was end route and tell me that hotel.com/booking.com had not cut a check for my stately. I checked my account at my bank and I had paid. I tried contacting booking.com/hotelcard.com for three days and always during the question answering. I was told that there was some problem with the connection and I was told to call back later. booking.com took no information from me. You all are never have to bother with my business again. If I was not having tests with my heart and future surgeries, I would come after you. But right now I cannot put that kind of stress on myself. You win. Shame on you.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Clean room. The property is conveniently located to I-5, stores and restaurants.

The third floor of the building where my room was located you access by stairs, which led to a door to scan your card key however the door did not close or lock and neither did the other one at the end of the hall. I felt a little uncomfortable that anyone could gain access.

The breakfast was excellent. We very much appreciated the real china and cutlery (as opposed to plastic). The location is close to shops and restaurants that we enjoy; this is one of the reasons we picked the location.

The front of the vanity cabinet was not perfectly clean, and the hair dryer had some hair product on it. Just some things to see an eye on...

It was a nice location. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were fluffy. The breakfast was very good.

The WiFi was very bad. I. Our room we couldn’t even connect. The air con was very noisy

The noise of the freeway was annoying the shower was cold the room was moldy in the corner the breakfast was sub par, with oatmeal very runny and no salsa and cheese for the egg. only two non carb items available.

I had a good experience with the staff on arrival and throughout our stay. The property is well maintained and in a convenient location near lots of shopping and restaurants.

It was expensive, however all hotels are these days.

Located a little ittle outside of town for convenience if you are using public transportation, but quick Uber options. Breakfast was good for basic options, but coffee was terrible.

Location was great in terms of everything you need is close by. Nice to have a pool as it was hot outside most days.

The hallways and rooms smelled. The good thing was you could open your bedroom window to get fresh air.
