a basic accommodation as we expected but nonetheless a pleasant surprise. For the hotel type, it made the extra effort for nice comfort touches and the staff was extremely nice. the town is also fairly basic and half the eating options were closed the one night we stayed but still - a good, relatively budget friendly option for near Rainer national park

The staff are so wonderful, have been every time I've stayed. The location is super, you can even see Mt Rainier from the property. The rooms may not be too modern but they're exceptionally clean and everything works.

I love to stay here — it’s not fancy but it meets our needs. Its clean and the beds are great. The staff are always nice and the location in Packwood is the best for the price. It is what it is folks…Think Schitts Creek and you all good. we embrace it and we call it home for the ski weekends

very spacious room, comfortable bed, cute retro refrigerator.

access to the room was strange. we requested a lower level unit due to a handicapped person. the room we were used had a very high step into the room. it was alittle difficult to get up there and there was really no porch or landing. this really needs to be updated before someone hurts themselves.

The location is very good for Mount Rainier and Mount St Helens trips. I stayed only one night, but it was comfortable and the man at the front desk was VERY helpful, even charging my phone when I lost my plug!

Staff was very helpful and friendly both in the evening and morning that I was there. Comfortable room.

Coffee in the lobby would be nice with fresh cream. A rack for luggage in the room would be helpful Also the TV did not work.

At first I was hesitant about staying at this location. However, we were pleased with the comfort, cleanliness, and helpful staff. The TV had an issue and the positive attitude of the staff to accommodate or repair it was excellent. Tania (sp), in the office was absolutely positive and helpful with not just the hotel but about the area. I thought the location would be noisy at night but was very quite. The hotel is a little dated but was clean and everything except for a minor TV issue worked well.

We thought the price was a little higher than expected but was not a show stopper.

Close to the Sunrise section of the National Park. It’s located close to many restaurants in Packwood. We requested a quiet room and the manager accommodated us by putting us in a back room that was very quiet.

It’s a little outdated but that’s to be expected.

The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. There is a full sized fridge. It had a dining table for 4. The beds were comfortable. The pool was closed due to covid. They have a big backyard with a telescope and views of the rainier. There is a grocery store right next door and it makes it easier to fix food.

We had only one key to the room.

It is located near Mount Rainier National Park. Walking distance from restaurants and breakfasts. Staff is really nice, very accommodating when we told them the room next door was too noisy. Rooms are clean.

Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in the other rooms but when we went to the front desk to tell them, they moved us to another room. Pool is closed, they should not advertise it.
