The hotel room electric sockets were weird and the desk was too small to work from with the coffee maker right there I couldn't plug in my computer at the desk because of the inverted plugs strange! No free water? I did call the front desk and they sent some which was really nice of them. I would have loved some coffee but the poor selection of creamers made the coffee taste terrible. Room was very clean, Breakfast was a big surprise it was excellent and I travel all over the world and the service was the best great servers who love their jobs and it shows in the pride in which the interact with the guests.

The staff was very nice. The shuttle from the airport was easy and quick. Breakfast was very good. The view from the window- watching airplanes take off.

The room had a weird smell and the design was old. We booked the two rooms many months in advance and got 2 close rooms as we wanted but in a noisy location in front of the elevator- which was a problem with small children. The windows weren't noise resistant enough as in other airports hotels we were in. In general, in comparison to other airport hotels we were in, it wasn't a good value for money.

The diningroom staff was attentive and kind to me and the food was just excellent. I especially liked the fish and chips, which I actually ate on two occasions, it was so good.The front desk went above and beyond and helped me program my smart watch, which was not yet connected to my smart phone so it needed to be reset to accommodate the time change. I am an older person, and I greatly appreciated the willingness to help me (even though that wasn't really in their job description). The housekeeping staff went above and beyond and even gave me some extra lotion, which I appreciated. And the bellman was helpful in assisting me to find green and efficient transport. Finally, I also appreciated the option to conserve water with the linen changes. I cannot say enough about this hotel. It is a terrific place to stay!

The hotel was very nicely decorated and clean. The front desk people were super helpful and even humorous. Access to the elevators and rooms was easy. There was even a laundry room that was only $1.75 to use which was amazing. There's a restaurant on the first floor too, but I didn't have the chance to eat there.

I had a rental car that I drove to the hotel and I had to pay extra just for overnight parking. The hotel has its own parking lot that's gated so I do not understand why I had to pay extra when I was staying at the hotel.

Firstly, the Airport transfer driver was excellent! He picked us up under very difficult and chaotic circumstances. ('There was an accident on the approach road to the airport' which didn't allow hotel buses to enter the airport') therefore we had to wait for the driver in the departure drop off area, which was crowded with hundreds of people and cars. He picked us up with clear instructions on how to meet him in a very calm and professional manner. He was friendly, and very helpful. The check in staff also were very attentive and helpful. When checking out we were advised that we could leave our larger suitcases to collect after a few days, with a minimal fee. The team were courteous and very polite helping us check the suitcases. This was one of our many stays over the years and as always a wonderful experience.

Absolutely nothing.

We like to stay here because of the proximity to the airport, plus we can walk if we choose to not take the shuttle or a ride share/taxi. The overpass is just out front of the hotel to the left. A 3 to 5-minute walk. Rooms are what you expect for a 3-star hotel. The beds are comfy. AC and heat are adjustable. We always sleep as well as we can considering travel anxieties/worries. We had drinks for the first time in the bar and they were good. The service was good, as well. Haven't eaten there yet as we always manage to eat before settling in for the night. It's quiet and the amenities are just what you need without unpacking all of your luggage to find your toiletry bag -if you're an unorganized/last-minute packer like me. Price is always comparable to surrounding hotels of this caliber. Other restaurants nearby have really good food and, in my opinion, are within walking distance.

Our time here was very brief as we had a layover on a trip to Southeast Asia - we arrived late and left early. The room was clean and comfortable for our short time sleeping there-wish we’d had a longer stay. The thing we most needed worked perfectly - the shuttle to and from the airport. We only had to wait about 5 minutes for the shuttle pick up at the airport and the shuttle going back to the airport the next morning left promptly and dropped us off in plenty of time to make our flight. Thank you for the convenience of the free shuttle which runs every 20 minutes starting at the top of the hour.

A complimentary light breakfast would be awesome.

we liked that the location was near the airport and easy to make our flight connections. We also liked the disability access room. it was spot on.

while the shuttle to the airport was free, we were unaware that shuttles do not drop you off at the ticket counter. My husband needs a wheelchair to get to the ticket counter and we had to find the elevator and then walk the rest of the way. there was a number to call but too late that we saw it.

1. A/C was only set up for 67 degrees and couldn’t be changed. If you freeze you should turn it off. 2. Front Desk forgot to give us the special card for a breakfast and restaurant staff wanted to charge us for breakfast that was included. 3. The breakfast was varied but not testy

Excellent location so conveniently close to the airport. There was the choice of a well organized shuttle or a 10 minute walk to the terminal. We had two meals at the on-site restaurant. Both times we were super satisfied with the delicious food. Perhaps the most important thing was the servers. Each time they went the extra mile with thoughtful touches like bringing us huge glasses of ice water to take up to our room for the night..

It was all good!
