This was my second stay at this hotel. The first stay was just one night on a previous trip. The stay was for a week and the hotel is a good combination of reasonable cost, cleanliness, good room, and location. The location is a block from the entrance to the light rail station next to the airport (i.e., SeaTac light rail station). It's easy to walk over to the light rail station and head north to downtown Seattle. It takes about an hour to get to downtown Seattle (5 min walk from hotel to the platform of the SeaTac light rail station; ~10 min wait time for the next light rail train; 45 min light rail ride). As other reviewers have stated the building is on the older side. The interior hallways look and feel on the older side. The furnishings in the room, however, have been updated. I will stay here again if all stays the same or gets better. The customer service was positive overall.

We booked at the last minute due to a missed connection at Seattle Airport. We were in a lousy mood but the staff could not have been friendlier. There was a very nice little restaurant-bar on site so we didn’t have to leave or order in to get dinner. Very clean, great shower, and it was cheaper than many of the other airport hotels.

The layout of the hotel is a bit labyrinthian. Don’t try to take the stairs - the only way to navigate is by using the elevator, and you need a key card for that.

Being almost next to the SeaTec light rail terminal it couldn’t be more convenient for the airport and for getting into Seattle. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable. There are usb charging ports by the bed which I do like to have available nowadays. Cooked breakfast and dinner is available. The menu choice is small but what’s there is tasty and well prepared.

I pre-paid for breakfast and was a bit surprised that this was a voucher for $15 rather than just ‘breakfast included’. Thus wouldn’t have been a problem except that it wasn’t quite enough to pay for all but one of the menu items if you wanted to include juice or a hot drink.

The location was very convenient to both airport and light rail station. Both were easily walkable, which we did. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport for those who want it. The room and bed were very comfortable and the air conditioner was old fashioned, but quiet. I really appreciated that our room had a very comfortable reading chair with an ottoman and the room had a desk.

The hotel was dated and the hall carpets worn. Given the cost of the room and the age of the hotel, it seemed that some minimal form of breakfast should have been included.

Really convenient hotel in regards to location for the price. Hotel is not a 5 star but isn’t the worst, the rooms are modern and clean. They are spacious and have everything you could need in a hotel room. The outside of the hotel looks a little rundown and the interior shows age to but overall a good room for a good price.

I enjoyed everything except the height of the toilet was low to the ground but that is all.

Sure Stay at Sea Tac 1. We were confused when we arrived at the airport a to how to catch the Shuttle. The phone was answered right away without putting us on hold and instructions were given cheerfully. 2. The front desk was extremely helpful. Our initial room was too far from the lobby and the switch was made with a smile to move us closer. 3. We had to take a 5 am shuttle to the airport and again, the driver was friendly even though the bus was full with over a dozen bags for him to load and unload. 4. Being so close to the airport was a real 'plus' do to our arrival & departure times. 5. Having the Bistro located right in the hotel was wonderful and the food was very good(and quick service). THANK YOU!!

everything was just fine.

I needed a ride over to the airport departure for Alaska airlines and it was obvious I wasn't able to get around or carry any bags so when the van dropped me off it was not right at the departure area where I could get assistance with my bags and a wheelchair to take me to my gate. Maybe the van can't go to the departure area but they could have advised me that I would need a taxi or something different. It was very difficult for me.

I stayed here as part of my move to Seattle - I booked 2 nights so I could have a day to just sleep in, before moving into my apartment. The room is no-frills, exactly what it advertises, and the bed is very comfy and the bathroom is perfectly clean.

There were some weird odors in the hallways, but nothing that really bothered me or that I can even specifically recall now, a week later.

Very well located near the airport with a free shuttle to and from the airport. Front desk staff was very nice and had good recommendations on places to eat. However the stars of the place are the shuttle drivers, they are ever so kind and ready and willing to help any way that they can. We used the shuttle both at night and during the day and the different drivers were all great!

Older hotel, could use updating. Most important though was that it was clean! I really have no complaints.

The dinner was great, and the server was super friendly and helpful. It’s very close to the airport which was great. Bed was very comfortable. The Air condition was incredible. The front desk staff were very friendly as well.

The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke which was unfortunate. My room did not have body wash in the dispenser. The heat lamp didn’t work when I showered, and the bathroom light wouldn’t turn on the second time I entered the bathroom. Could’ve been the bulb about to die.
