Close to the airport. Free shuttle. Quiet. The room was huge very clean. No smoking.

The only food option close-by was a vending machine full of junk food. The lobby needs updating and the hallway wasn't very clean. The option #4 required to contact the lobby wasn't working and this was the only option provided. Called more than 20 times during a 20 minute period. Waiting in a cold and noisy area for the shuttle. Finally tried the booking option and they dispatched the shuttle but it took another 20 minutes to arrive. NOT FUN. Staff would not provide any alternative contact after being asked. Don't rely on a shuttle pick up here.

It's very close to the airport but you can't walk it - busy roads. The Airport phone bank did not work, nor could we raise anyone at the hotel to send the shuttle. It came eventually.

The cold wait for the shuttle and the inability to call for it.

1.  The front desk staff was very kind to let us check in before 3pm 2.  Complimentary shuttle pick-up from/drop-off to airport 3.  There's a common dining room, microwave and coffee at the lobby area 4. The room is spacious and clean - bed is comfortable 5.  The hotel provides complimentary shuttle to a nearby shopping mall

The telephone number to call from the airport for the complimentary shuttle is not a working number.  It was annoying  as there was no other way to arrange for the pick-up and the last pick-up time was 1pm.  The next pick-up timing starts at 4pm. We waited and managed to catch the last shuttle. According to the driver,  the number to call is 46 and not the cell phone number indicated on the board. This information should be updated on all the boards at the various pick-up areas. This problem was mentioned by other travellers but yet, no action has been taken. Please resolve this problem asap.

5 star experience for me! The Cleaning crew did an amazing job with the room (5 star), the room was relaxing and well laid out, the shuttle driver deserves 5 stars as well - I had so many bags and 2 dogs. The delightful lady at the front desk was able to check us in a little early since we had been traveling for so long and we all needed a place to relax. She was also able to recommend the cemetery across the street for walking the dogs. The cemetery nearby is lovely and a wonderful place to walk even if you do not have dogs. 5 stars to the front desk as well. Highly recommend if you have pets or no pets. Super close to the airport.

The free SeaTac bus shuttle that runs from 5 am till late at night was helpful. This hotel is very close to the airport and SeaTac train station. The rooms were clean and in good condition. For a Red Roof Inn this location had very nice rooms. I visited after my flight was cancelled and rebooked many times (Thanks Alaska). I went down to check out at 5 am, and my flight was cancelled just as I checked out. The reception desk worker was happy to check me back in (no charge) so that I could go back to my room and rest until regular check out time. Many of us were here due to cancelled flights and they were accommodating of families, those with pets, and helped people as best they could with accommodation. When my flight was finally cancelled (again) they let me work in the hospitality room till my ride to the train station came. The WIFI was good in the room, but weaker in the common areas for some reason.

Late Checkout information would be helpful.

The shuttle service from the airport was fabulous. I called and I couldn’t believe how quickly they came to pick me up. It was very reasonably priced, the room was basic but for just an overnight at the airport it was all that I wanted. The room was clean, the staff was very helpful. They have expanded the shuttle hours and it runs three times in an hour over much of the day including late into the evening which I appreciated

I would’ve liked to of had a refrigerator in the room because I had some insulin that needed to be kept cold.

Check-in was fast and easy. Desk staff was very helpful and kind. Only 5 min ride to airport terminal. The cost was reasonable for the location.

The hotel and decor was worn and in need of updating, but it was clean. The airport shuttle doesn't start until 5am. For a 7am flight at SEATAC, that's too late. I paid a stupid amount to Uber. The walls are thin. I felt that guests could have been more considerate (not let their children run down the hall, not let their doors slam at 2am).

I really liked that the access to the rooms was inside the building and the elevator was nice. The room was very clean and the noise was minimal. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The pillows were uncomfortable but made it work. Last nights stay a neighbor was very noisy with the TV. Sounded like they had their door open but fortunately it didn't last long and I still got some sleep before my early morning flight.

Extremely spacious rooms with great beds and a nice pressured showers. The employee checking us in/out was really nice. The hotel got us over our jetlag combined with a 4 hour night before flying into Seatac. Our room was on the other side of the building seen from intl boulevard so there wasn't a problem with sound from the road and airport. Location was superb near the airport.

There was quite some noise in the hallways before 7 am coming from other guests just talking. Makes me think the doors were not really sound proof. The real downside is that you pay $140/night and you have to get breakfast outside adding up to costs. So in short: real good hotel, with an average value for money.

Proximity to the airport. I usually do Airbnb's but I needed a more affordable place near the airport on my last night in town before flyout. Overall, it was nicer than the last time I stayed here in 2015. I know it's humid in the PNW but last time it was damp, dank, and smelled like a clothes hamper. They must have upgraded the AC since then and have gotten the humidity under control better.

Key wouldn't work in the first room and I had to lug everythingback to the lobby.. They moved me to a closer room though so that was good. The $10 parking fee (they wavied mine when I asked). Kinda silly. I get it, it's prime area and they don't want non-guests using it for long term airport parking but they could come up with a way to identify paying guests. Rfid card/chip? Special, hard to duplicate placard to hang from the mirror? Got to be a way.
