Hotel, facilities, and room were very nice. Free shuttle for the airport was helpful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Link train station is an easy 2 or 3 block walk and you can get an all-day ticket for only several dollars...easy to get downtown, hop on and off, etc. There was a great Mexican restaurant a block or two down the road (but not much more). The hotel also gave us a menu for a good delivery pizza/Italian restaurant. Food was good, portions were huge, and prices were reasonable.

We weren't told that we needed to phone for a shuttle from the airport (this particular Marriott doesn't send shuttles every 15 minutes like the downtown Marriott) so we waited for about 40 minutes and finally called the hotel and they picked us up within 5 minutes. There is only one restaurant within walking distance.

The room was comfortable and near airport. Liked the kitchenette and big screen TV. Complementary breakfast was nice with variety of food selections.

Room cost was expensive, either because we had the balcony and kitchenette, or maybe that is just how prices are in Seattle area. However the cost to park in the hotel parking lot was a unpleasant surprise at check-in. Balcony was more like a scaffold, so I didn't feel very comfortable standing on it (no chairs anyway). Also, rooms are only cleaned upon a request.

The property is very well taken care of and has an inviting and bright atmosphere. We need to be near the airport and this place was great. The rooms where very comfortable and arranged in a way that felt spacious and cozy at the same time. I like the fact that it didn’t have an ultra modern, non-functional feel. Would definitely stay again and longer at this hotel. Plus the staff was great.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind throughout my stay. The "room" (in New York, this would be a spacious studio apartment) is huge. I booked one overlooking the lake and was not disappointed. The sounds of birds and the scent of the forested area were wonderful to enjoy on the balcony. Everything was impeccably clean. There is a free airport shuttle, and a bus connection downtown/ to a grocery store uptown.

Exceptional Checkin gal. Easy to find room, we had the 4th floor and enjoyed the beautiful view of Mount Rainier, and the lake. Booked because you have a gym that is open. Room was amazing, like a mini suite… clean, spacious. Loved the freedom of all you had in the kitchen. What an adorable Mini dish washer!!! All around great experience for one night. Loved the availability of the shuttle van too.

The turn in to the hotel with the traffic. Lack of parking spaces, and very narrow, nearly able to open doors to get out.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. We were returning from a cruise and had laundry to do, the fact that the laundry room had more than 2 washers and driers was awesome.

Not an actual complaint. It is understood that it was a continental type breakfast, but we would have liked a waffle maker and bacon or sausage offered. Other than that the breakfast was good!

Even though every employee was exceptional at customer service, I was disturbed by the “uniform” of the young lady at the check-in desk. She was grossly overweight and had her blouse tight as a halter top with her stomach sticking out.

it was beautiful. Lovely staff, adored our bartender he was a hoot.

Nothing- loved everything. Although we didn’t realize that we’d need a nice place to come down from our Alaskan cruise it ended up being perfect to rest up and chill.

Everything. The comfort, cleanliness, and the location is very good. The rooms are big. Bed is very comfortable. Wonderful amenities. This is by far the best hotel for short or long term we've stayed in. The location, the staff, and the comfort. We will definitely stay again and highly recommended.

Nothing I didn't like about the hotel. It's just the nearby apartment complex and the lake behind that is a bit questionable in terms of people going there. We've seen some homeless people staying onnthe trail and the nearby Angle park. But that is jot the property's fault.

Each suite does feel like your own comfortable apartment. The layout is nice and the bathroom is a great size. There are options to choose from just a shower or a bath tub so if you want a tub make sure you request that at check in.
