Everything was amazing! Best property I’ve stayed at in a long time. Everything was clean and the room was extremely comfortable. All of the amenities they offer are really nice. The best part was the friendly service, the staff made the stay enjoyable and were extremely helpful. The location is just a few miles drive or bike ride away from all of the local attractions. The free bike rentals, as well as the umbrellas, were such a cool perk. I can’t wait to come back and book another stay. Definitely sticking with StayPineapple for future vacations! Plus, all of the pineapple decor made me smile way too much!! I appreciate the amazing hospitality and will continue to recommend this hotel to friends and family. :)

The room was a good size and the bed was really comfortable. All facilities in the room and bathroom were well thought out everything was provided. Bonus was coffee machine in room and refrigerator. Also use of microwave in the breakfast lobby. The Reception staff were very welcoming and professional and gave good advice on transport connections to Seattle Centre. There was even a small swimming pool a bonus in the heat.

Good location near university, easy to access with public transport. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was on the smaller side for a group of four adults, but for a short trip perfectly fine. Beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Nice additional touches with the robes, coffee facilities, cookies, etc.

Bathroom was a little worn out and tired, but it was very clean. The AC was unfortunately rather noisy, so it couldn’t be left running during the night.

The pineapple theme is very cute. Staff was friendly and helpful (for the most part).

1. We found something disgusting between the couch cushions in our room. When we brought it up and showed the front desk a photo, they didn't apologize or seem to care which annoyed me. However, the hotel did call/email us afterwards to apologize and offered a discount which we appreciate. 2. Not sound proof at all. I think our room is part of a suite (connected to another room). The door is locked of course but we can hear our neighbors talk and laugh quite clearly. They weren't even loud.

This place embodies hospitality. The staff is amazing--accommodating, knowledgable, friendly and helpful. The beds are the most comfortable and I love the European linen style. The cookies and free snack/drink were perfect for our teenagers. We were in Seattle for a tour of UW so the location was perfect for checking out the University District. We walked everywhere.

The room smelled a little bit like new carpet, which isn't my favorite smell. But the carpet was clean and fresh!

The front desk staff were entertaining and polite. We enjoyed our snack vouchers! The in-room stuffed animal dog made us all smile. The in-room robes were surprisingly comfortable! Honestly the staff made our trip and we're happy to return. Hoping the weather is better next time so we can try the outdoor pool!

Great restaurant right downstairs. Excellent location, close to many restaurants and stores. Only 7 miles to T-mobile park, short Uber ride away to stadium. Water & coffee in lobby. Nice little outdoor pool. Bed was so comfy, loved the 2 comforters! Robes were the best.

Bathroom was quite small, bathroom door barely cleared the toilet.

The location was very convenient to explore the neighbourhood and the city! The rooms where spacious and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful! We really appreciated the complementary water and coffee in the lobby and room!

The aircondition was quite noisy in our room and the furniture was a little worn.

We loved how comfy the beds were, and we really appreciated the free bottled water and coffee!

The amenity fee covered bike rentals, but unfortunately all the bikes were super large so none of them fit me. The shower curtain is way too long for the tub, so we were weirdly stepping on it while trying to shower.

Enjoyed the effort to incorporate all the quirky pineapple things into the decor. Appreciate all the phone usb jacks. Pool and complimentary snacks was lovely.

The double level to get to the elevator with all your luggage or a trolley Parking safety- might need a parking gate. Price- Seattle gouges people.
