The staff was wonderful and responsive. The view was great of the mountain. The room was clean and well appointed.

An overpowering odor of Marijuana came into my room, and the adjoining room 2 days in a row. The staff could not locate the individual(s). It's quite cold in the bar/lobby area, and the seating is not comfortable. It is not helpful when one wants to relax and have a drink with friends or family. The restaurant has decent food, but the menu is quite limited. Not enough variety to lure me in unless I have no other option.

The view was excellent. The layout of the suite was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was ver pleasant. The breakfast was very good. A little expensive.

I didn’t like we had to ask for room service or for the room to be cleaned. I was busy and didn’t have time to remember to request cleaning. . Not having room service. For food. Very cheap on the shower toiletries. Most nice hotels have dispensers for conditioners, body wash, lotions & shampoo. The parking was okay. Should have carts readily available for luggage or an assistant helping. No pool!

Great service from all staff.

The rooms don't seem clean and a bit dated. It would be great if you have Clorex wipes for guests to ensure the remotes & heavily touched areas are cleaned.

We stayed at this hotel 3 1/2 years ago and loved everything about it. It's still a great hotel but services have changed since COVID so it didn't have quite the same services that we expected but it was all doable. We got the same room this time as last time which is the 1100 square foot suite with a living room/dining area, separate bedroom and two bathrooms and is a corner room so has a great view from both sides! Well worth the good price for that room but I'm sure the other ones are nice as well.

The 1100 sq. foot suite that we stayed in states that it sleeps up to 4 but the couch in the living room is not a hide-a-bed so I don't know how it sleeps 4. The room could definitely use extra electric outlets but what they had was workable. The restaurant and bar close down after breakfast and don't reopen until dinner time so that was inconvenient for one of our days there but for the most part we worked around it. The entrance area to the hotel needs more lighting in front; we arrived about 8 PM and it was quite dark in front when we parked for check in so hopefully they add lighting. The hotel offered valet parking when we stayed 3 1/2 years ago but that is gone now; self parking is easy though.

Beautiful lobby - very artsy! Rooms are very secure - you need a key for everything. Very high-tech elevator. Love the art work everywhere. And the staff were really nice. We were on the 25th floor and the view was beautiful.

You need better lighting in the room. There were 2 lamps; one by the bed and one on the desk so it was dim. Lighting was good during the day because of the natural light from the windows, but at night, it was a little too dim for my taste. Also, there was no complimentary bottled water in the room.

The hotel design and updated features were beautiful and the location and hotel were clean and seemed safe. Hotel staff were friendly and it was nice to see the dog owners and their dogs for the dog show. The restaurant we went to for breakfast in the hotel was excellent. The room was beautiful and spacious with a gorgeous bathroom!

The parking was pretty full on 1st level but still easy to get to and was able to be included in the billing of the hotel. The elevators were kind of sore at check in but fine afterwards. A swimming pool would’ve been cool but with this trip, we wouldn’t have used it anyways.

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but we did have a cocktail at the bar, and it was a truly excellent cocktail. We were up on a pretty high floor, so we couldn't hear any street noise. The hotel main areas were very beautiful.

I could hear other guests through the walls a few times. Nothing earplugs couldn't fix, though. Wished the window had a screen so I could crack it open, but the AC also worked fine.

Really a beautiful hotel. The commissioned art work is very interesting and is located in the lobby and a different artist on every floor. The room was very comfortable and a full blown cable TV package was provided. In room coffee maker and small fridge. Large closet. The location is not far from I5. Downtown Tacoma looks to have been affected by the pandemic. Not really busy during the day but the evening crowds do show up for the numerous restaurants and shops in the area. Not far from the museums.

You have to pay $22 USD for parking every day which was not really properly presented during the booking. Outside surface parking. A $75 USD per day damage deposit is also required. Refunded at the end of the stay. Toiletries are sparse and we had to visit the front desk a couple of times for refills. You can request your room to be cleaned but a 24 hour notice is required. No in-room microwave.

this hotel is gorgeous. Gorgeous. Each floor dedicated to presenting the glass works of a different artist. We were in a Patron room, which gives you access to a lounge with snacks and a decent continental breakfast. Comfy bed, good sized room, nice view— 24th floor.

Too near the elevators so they were noisy until about 12:30am. It was odd because we were not the room next to the elevator. While the view was nice, the windows needed cleaning!

Our room was very comfortable with a King bed and very nice bedding. The bathroom was very clean with modern decor. - marble on floor, around shower and tub. The Murano was decorated with artistic glass pieces by different artists - annotated so that we could see who the artists were. No room service but a small restaurant called "Bite" that serves only breakfast that was quite delicious. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. Internet was fast and easy to hook up to. No problem with getting our flight confirmation and boarding passes in their business center.

No room service. Parking was sometimes a problem if you were looking for a parking place late afternoon and evening. The Murano's bar could be quite active. Nothing else.. We thought the price was very reasonable.
