morning service and staff were great. The grounds of the property were clean felt safe to park my own vehicle there. I had vehicle problems the morning I was checking out and everybody was so helpful to let my car stay there for a couple hours even after I checked out to me that meant the world. The coffee was super hot but it was there love the oatmeal would love to stay there again for non-business reasons I would gladly take you up on a stay any day thank you so much

The towels were a little scratchy but maybe I'm spoiled and the light right outside my room was strobing like it needed to be changed I asked a maid to ask service to look at it because I kept flashing outside my window and nothing happened to him with getting fixed, other than that it was great

The rooms were all remodeled not that long ago so they are like new. They are always clean. Housekeeping does a great job and is super nice and flexible. If you want your room clean and beds made when it works for you they will be happy to try to accommodate. I also like that you have a little breakfast bar which has fresh fruit, hot coffee, tea and water, oatmeal, cereal and breakfast bars. The vending machine isn't too expensive either and all around your rooms are priced great for how nice the place is.

There is alot of traffic on the highway so if the doors were better insulated and sealed it would cut down alot of that road noise. I also have stayed twice now where I was unable to use laundry facilities because they were taken by other guests and when your staying for several nights and you can't clean your clothes it can be a bit frustrating. Maybe a bigger laundry room with more washers and dryers?

Great stuff, perfectly clean, well stocked room. Also to finish with, a great breakfast, and no issues check out, over all it was 5 Star experience in a 3 star Hotel.

All the services and the support staff, they are well trained and goes well beyond the call of duty.

The front desk staff was nice.

The fridge was hardly cold,older appliances for sure! The hotel prohibits you to take your breakfast to your room,it's absolutely childish! The breakfast area was tiny!

The breakfast was great. Waffles , toast , cereal ,oatmeal, bananas and orange juice. What more can u ask for.

The dining tables are wobbly or off balance.

They did not tell me breakfast was from 6-9, and I missed it. Maybe they should add the info to the receipt if they are not going to verbally tell the guests.

The lady at the front desk during night shift... Jennifer, has always been friendly. Shes exceptionally great at making me feel welcome and makes sure my needs are accommodated... thank you!

Wasn't that i didn't like... but i prefer having a room in the front building.. not on the backside.

I don't think the staff was very friend I had to go. Find yhe receit to get my deposit all I should off needed was my ID she was not very customer servise

Coffee wasn't that good. But I do appreciate the continental breakfast. Like having casino across the street
