The staff was friendly and tried to help as much as they could with our issue other than that we enjoyed our stay there, and will mostly return if ever in the area again.
The room we got there was something wrong with the device where you put your room key into, we had to get new cards almost every day it was quite frustrating

I cooked in my room . My daughter and I ate great. She and I really enjoyed our stay. Its something I will reccomend to others.
The shower head was leaking a small fine mist . I had to place a washcloth around it to keep water from going outside the tub . Didn't have much shampoo or conditioners

We appreciated our three-day stay, as we needed to finalize some things to prepare for a trip to Alaska. It worked out well to have a laundry facility on site, and we were provided with the kitchen supplies (pots, pans, dishes, drainer, kitchen linens, and even soap) that we needed for preparing meals. The staff was helpful with each of our needs and questions.

The stove tops do not get very hot to fry foods. The smell in the hallway. Almost everyday the key cards stop working locking you out at times and having to walk all the way around the building to the front door.

The rooms are are large, fits a family comfortably.
The stoves in the room do not get hot enough to really fry or cook food at normal temperatures. Makes it hard to cook meals. I was in more than one room and they are all the same.

I really liked having a full sized refrigerator and stovetop. The bathroom was excellent and the room was clean and pleasant. A very nice experience that I will repeat when needed.

Staff, rooms clean and convieant quick to assist. All the distrust and madness in the world Extended Stay makes you feel welcome. I needed pans they were right there at my door. Clean room comfortable. I also felt safe.
