The breakfast was great - lots to choose from & omelettes made to order on Monday was fantastic - even had sour cream and the best, tasted like home made, salsa to top it. The pool was fantastic! Also the covered picnic table area was a really pleasant surprise and although we didn´t use it, the huge lawn - if we´d know, we would have brought lawn games to play. Also loved the little patio with easy access to the pool. Overall, a very nice stay.

My main complaint is the dog policy. I love dogs, but not their smell & barking. Our granddaughter walked in the room in stocking feet & in pajama feet & the socks & pajamas absorbed the smell from the carpet that is definitely from dogs having been in the room. Then we noticed that guests in rooms on either side of us had dogs, so there is apparently no dog specified wing like in many hotels. There was also an odd smell in the hallway, that upon reflection is most likely from a dog. My suggestion is to put guests with dogs into a wing that is not the same as those traveling without dogs & maybe remove the carpeting in those or all rooms and replace with vinyl or wood floors for capability of more complete cleaning.

Room was clean and comfortable and unexpectedly quiet. Breakfast was good but unfortunately overcrowded with traveling sports teams. Would've liked to have tried the waffle bar, but again, too many people (kids) and long lines, not to mention it was hotter than hades inside. Tables and coffee were plentiful, however, so all in all a decent night's stay.

There was a misunderstanding with the reservation and we were put on the 2nd floor despite needing an outside entrance for our dog. (Make sure you call the hotel directly ahead of time to inform them of pets.) It worked out fine in the end and wasn't that inconvenient. Note: The area where the hotel is located is a little iffy, and we heard car alarms going off in the night. Overall, we felt safe.

The staff are very friendly and professional. They were also very willing to work with us and we really appreciated it! We requested to change from a one queen bed/one sofa to a two-queen bed bedroom because a friend joined me in this trip. They found one available and did the switch quickly. The following day, they also accommodated our request for a late, late check-out because of a delay. They worked with us. Highly recommended! Aside from this, they maintain a nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Also, I was pleasantly surprised because the walls between units are thick enough that we do not hear our neighbors.

Liked the breakfast... the support and helpful staff very courteous.

I did not like the two men drinking & smoking by the pool for about 4 hours.. with families swimming... We complained, but the person just came out asked if we were okay and did NOTHING...

The staff, rooms, location ,etc. we’re all great.

My only issue was the pillows. I would recommend a mixture of bed pillows. All the pillows in our room were very thick and fluffy. There should be some that have less loft to prevent neck aches. And no, I did not ask about other pillows.

The staff was great they made check in and check out easy. The pool was wonderful and our grandkids loved it. Full breakfast was very good.

The only thing was the bed seemed smaller than a queen and as a result sleeping was not the best. We are used to king beds but my other family members also thought it seemed smaller than a normal queen.

The breakfast was really complete. We stayed in another Best Western hotel before, but this breakfast was much better.

The only thing that could have been better was the overall appearance of the hotel. It felt a little older, but the room was comfortable and clean.

The huge lawn where there was quite a bit of families hanging out with lawn chairs, games and body building. Yes body building. Try to book a room on the inner part of the hotel. We always enjoy people watching. Was really nice having a full breakfast again.

At 2am in morning a bunch of kids who were staying at the hotel jump the fence to the pool. It would have been fine with me, but they were so loud (we had a room facing the pool). For sneaking out and playing in the pool they were pretty avious.
